I purchased this item and used it in the vertical position - and that works well. With the flat edge for the toilet roll to sit on in this position it holds the toilet roll well but in hindsight, I think next time, for this position of use, I will buy a holder with a circular base that the whole roll can sit on. The item is good quality, good value for money and was very easy to install.

Purchased 3 of these and the self-adhesive failed on all of them. I had to use no nails - since then, they haven't moved. Ok quality but nothing special.

Attached it to the inside of the cabinet under the sink. I use it to hold a dish rag. Works great and held up great

I love these easy to use toilet paper holders. Bought two of them one for each of my bathrooms. They work great. The adhesive sent is very good quality. They look very nice. I highly recommend.

I was tired of having a toilet paper roll and storage tower on my bathroom floor but the wall where I would install a toilet paper dispenser holds the pocket door. Nothing can be hung with nails or screws. But my bathroom is pretty small. So when I saw that they had no screw adhesive toilet paper holders, I jumped on it.This is a really nice, very high quality appearing toilet paper holder. The brushed nickel is classic and it’s solid. It has adhered to the wall very securely.My only complaint was the description did not mention that it should NOT be used on painted walls. That was only disclosed with the paperwork that came with the holder. I put a question into the Bolo system to see if anyone had tried it on painted walls and received positive answers, so I decided to give it a try.Maybe there are type of paints, such as gloss or semi-gloss that this would not adhere to, but my walls are a simple eggshell. It is definitely adhering to the wall. The lack of disclosure is why I am not giving it 5 stars.It comes with a second adhesive in case you move it or it happens to come unstuck. Can’t speak to if it will damage the wall but I love that I’ve been able to get the toilet paper and holder off the floor. Opened up the bathroom nicely and fits the decor perfectly. Good value and excellent quality.
