I found it keeps the bikes well secured. It did take a while for the bags to arrive however i did buy them on sale, so I didn't mind the wait. The one thing I would say is it does take time to fit the bikes correctly in the bag. Other than this, I have multiple of these bags, as I found them the best for my bike!

Professioneller Schutz
Die EVOC-Bike-Transporttasche ist gut für den Transport von leichteren Fahrrädern ausgelegt.Die Tasche nimmt das Fahrrad gut geschützt auf. Damit es in die Transporttasche passt, sind das Vorder- und Hinterrad vorher auszubauen, der Lenker ist querzustellen und die Pedalen abzuschrauben. Bei den modernen Bikes ist das jedoch schnell erledigt.Die Räder finden in zwei seitlich angeordneten Taschen (mit Reißverschluss) ihren Platz.Das räderlose Bike wird dann im Inneren mit Klettbändern gesichert. Durch die Variabilität der Befestigungsmöglichkeiten ist es möglich, auf die verschiedenen Abmaße des Rahmens einzugehen.Für die Pedale und sonstiges Zubehör gibt es im Inneren eine Tasche mit Reißverschluss.Die Rollen sowie die Handgriffe ermöglichen einen kraftsparenden Transport.Auch die Abmaße der Tasche sind so ausgelegt, dass man diese in einem größeren Kofferraum eines Fahrzeugs transportieren kann.Ein Flugtransport (als angemeldetes Sperrgepäck) ist problemlos möglich. Die Tasche kann problemlos am Gepäckscanner (am Sperrgepäckschalter) überprüft werden.Die Verarbeitung und das Material sind gut ausgeführt. Zusätzliche Hartkunststoffelemente schützen zusätzlich Räder und Rahmen.Die Transporttasche ist rel. schwer. Dies muss man in Kauf nehmen, wenn man einen guten Schutz für sein Bike haben möchte.Fazit:Durchdachtes Design – nicht gerade günstig – jedoch wertiges Schutz- und Transportkonzept.
Solid travel investment
Held up very well and was pretty easy to breakdown my bike and reassemble for a flight.I highly recommend taking the rear derailleur off and taping it to your frame for added protection; super easy to screw back on. I also bought the orucase padding for added protection of the frame and bottom bracket, but bubble wrap or conduit padding will do. I recommend this because flight crews are notorious for just throwing bags on flight cargoes.There was plenty space to put other stuff in the bag, too. The Evoc pro has the frame and extra front wheel but I don’t think they’re needed once you get the hand of it.The bag is super easy to maneuver around if you pick it up from the bottom front handle. Great buy and rolls up nicely in my closet to not take up much space. Wish it was at $450 but I’m happy.

Haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but it came quickly and looks solid.
Your bike will have a better time than you on the plane
I went almost broke buying this but totally worth it. I wish I could trade my seat with my bike on that flight to Vancouver. My bike is an XS Enduro (Reign-Giant). It fit perfectly in the case and there was plenty of room. So I added my Camelbak, all my biking gears and helmet, 2 pairs of pedals and I know you are not supposed to but I put a lot of my clothes in it too! I checked it in as a bike and paid $50… Yes, Air Canada still charges you for your sport equipment in 2024! The only thing that didn’t fit was my full face helmet. My only call out is when you are putting together the case, those tubes leave splinters of plastic in your hands that last for a week or so. You’d better put on gloves when assembling.
