Genuinely these were a shot in the dark having come off my anti depressants a year ago. But wow they worked, all my over thinking based anxiety was gone/massively reduced after 3 days. This could be a placebo but if it is I don’t care, it worked for me. Although these gave me a bit of nausea after a week and a stinking headache for about 3 days that all cleared up after I moved taking them to just before bed. Now I take on in the morning and one just before bed. Honestly I’m my old self again, long May it last.If your on the fence, give them a go for a couple of weeks and see if they work for you or not. As I said I was super skeptic about the benifits. I guess with anything holistic your mileage may vary, but for the reward of pretty much zero anxiety it’s worth a bash!Plus they taste half decent and are just like taking a chewy multivitamin. Decent size bottle too for the price. I took them into my GP as well and she looked over them and said they seem to be decent quality and correctly regulated for use in the UK

Taste great !I just tried 1st time today and it's really promising. After 1hr I felt like blood pressure coming down. In very gentle way.I took 2 gummies straight away.After 3hrs I feel little sleepy (really little), more relaxed and calm.Means straight away it works for me.It's not placebo. I'm very sensitive to changing in my body or brain. I can notice everything.Will see what the future will bring but definitely will be continuing taking them.No any sides effects After 1st use.Today I can recommend them 100% and these gummies are sooo good.Sweet and tasty. So nice way to comfort yourself having something really sweet.Amazing !

They are effective for me, but too strong. Even one gummy and I feel tired and groggy next day. It does help me fall asleep, but I wake up tired and moody. I stopped taking them and this effect stopped, restarted (as I run out of my other sleep supplement) and immediately experienced the same side effects. Maybe Ashwagandha just doesn’t work for me, but I asked AI and the 1200 mg of Ashwagandha (for myself even 600mg) is definitely high dosage.No problems with the seller, tastes great and it definitely does work, just to be clear and fair.

Usually I not believe things like this,but too be honest this is working for me. Or maybe just placebo 🤣😇 Sunni woke up at night between 1 and 2 am, and doesn’t matter what time I go to bed 9 or 11. Using this in the past 5 months I been woke up like 2-3 times only. We will see when the hot weather arrives is still helping or not.

Hi everyone. This review is NOT sponsored. I got the product a week ago and have been using it since. I received the order within a day.The gummies smell nice and taste sweet. The texture is like a soft candy that you can chew. I don't find the taste too sweet or chemical.The product is a hit or miss for me. I have ADHD and use methylphenidate daily, as well as birth control. Sometimes the gummies make me feel "weird" and like I'm not in my own body. Sometimes I feel chill and calm. I think I need to use it more to comment on this.What I have noticed is weight loss and a very consistent bowl movement. Other than that, it helps me wake up. Mind you I am an EXTREMELY deep sleeper and will NOT wake up, I need multiple alarms and devices and need to count at least an hour in which I will go in and out of sleep + not remember anything during.Since using the gummies I'm able to wake up right away at 8AM. That's the most positive thing for me. No more snoozing!

Buenísimas, a mí me funcionan muy bien. Llevaba una temporada que no pegaba un ojo; como mucho dormía dos horas en toda la noche y cada vez me desesperaba más, así que era peor, porque me ponía muy angustiada. Varias veces había leído sobre la ashwagandha y quería probarla, y por fin, afortunadamente, se me ocurrió comprarla; los dos primeros días no noté nada, pero a partir del tercero y el cuarto, empecé a dormir un poquito más, no era mucho más, pero ya era un cambio; y empecé a sentirme muy contenta, se me pasó la angustia y el estrés y a partir de ahí todo fue mejorar; ahora duermo casi toda la noche y espero dormir la noche entera de un tirón, aunque llevo unos 15 días desde que empecé a tomarlas y es muy poco tiempo, pero sé que lo consigo. Las gominolas son muy agradables, tienen un sabor a frutos rojos; no se deben tragar, yo las chupo y dejo que se vayan disolviendo en la boca hasta el final, tomo una por la mañana y otra por la noche, y creo que ya nunca más dejaré de tomarlas; cuando las termine volveré a comprar ésta misma marca, las recomiendo totalmente. He revivido totalmente, espero que ésta experiencia os sirva a mucha gente.
