There's not much too it but the metal is light and with a sharp point, so it does exactly what its meant to. No complaints.

Really happy with this tool – it’s sharp, sturdy, and works great for spot treatments or blackhead removal. Easy to clean and doesn’t bend like cheap ones. If you’re into skincare tools, this is a good one to have.

Bought this as I had a lump under the skin that remained despite exfoliation and other treatments.I used this lance so that I could extract it. Really good, far better than a sewing needle or something. Barely felt anything and due to the sharpness and small incision, it healed up no fuss and I have no scaring.Nice quality packaging too, so you can store it for future use. Good value product.

Nothing special about this tool or similar, used to pop those zits and blackheads. Rather than squeezing with fingers or nails (resulting in less redness or infection later)

Works well and doesn't hurt to use
Previously, I never used this type of tool. I have always had to deal with hormonal acne due to PCOS so I tend to try many types of products. I was a little nervous that it would hurt a little and be a little difficult to judge how deep you have to go with it. However, once I got the product and I tried it there were no problems and no pain involved. The point is very sharp. I had seen a bunch of reviews about the tip falling off of these types of tools so I inspected it as soon as I got it and I can't see any problems yet but I will keep an eye out.
