For those with less weight, you need to be careful as this product is very sturdy. I would advise to go in gently then once you're used to it, use it as normal. I always hear pops and cracks while it sorts out my back and it's a great hip tilter, which brings great relief. I recommend this product if you suffer from moderate back pain.

Il fait mal comme il faut il aide a bien masser le dos les fesses et les cuisses (personne avec de la cellulite posez vous dessus et faite le rouler cela fait mal mais je vous assure que vous verrez les effet avec le temps) il reactive votre lymphe ainsi que votre circulation (effet picotement envie de gratter sur les zone après utilisation tres bon signe) Je recommande totalement !!!!
