The media could not be loaded. These are amazing, I love filling them with yummy veg and lightly toasting each side in a pan for crispiness. The quality and texture are lovely, they have a satisfying chewiness. I have not had any issues with them ripping during rolling them and they are very easy to use. There is a lot in the pack so they are lasting me well. Also versatile as can be used as egg rolls or sliced up and made into noodles

Went to a restaurant and had summer rolls. Wanted to recreate them and was very happy with the price. So easy to use and great instructions. Good quality and size. Just be careful not to soak for long!!

Made chicken fried vietnamese spring rolls. I double wrapped my rolls to avoid breakage during frying. Cooked on low - med heat, not fried close together and it came out perfect. There were the odd one or two that did split, but due to high temp when i first started frying. Once reduced heat and cooked on low med then it was fine.I will try next to use 1 sheet and see how iy comes out when frying without it being double wrapped.Also when handling I just dipped it in a large bowl of luke warm water for about 10s then put it down on plate. Wrapped it up whilst it was half hard and not too soggy. Trick is to not over soak it too long when it gets so soggy. Roll it when it is still hard before settling and comes soft. That way it is easier to manage.

Never tried rice paper wrappers before and these are authentic, great for saute, deep fry, air fry, spring rolls. Need to practice and develop a technique as they are naturally sticky when wet...lots of tips and great recipies online. The neutral taste is what you'd expect as the wrappers are meant to be filled with veg, fish, meat and stuff, fried and dipped in a sauce. I'm excited to try something new. Recommend this product.

I guess it’s my fault for not reading the ingredients list, but it’s full of tapioca starch. So while it’s great for creating spring rolls and puffed up crisps, tapioca starch raises my blood sugar levels and sets off my cravings, which was an unexpected disadvantage. If you’re not as sensitive as me - go for it!! If you are - avoid!!!
