The rice paper sheets are perfect for making summer rolls. They also work well for spring rolls if you put them in the air fryer (or deep fry them). Just soak them in warm water for a few seconds then put your chopped veg in and roll them up. Be careful - wet rice paper sticks so space them out of a plate if you are making several at a time! Good price for something that wasn’t available in our local supermarket.

I've tried a few different brands of Vietnamese rice paper and for me, this is the best in terms of quality and value. I've never had a issue with broken/cracked sheets with these, whereas every other brand I've tried has had at least one broken sheet per packet.Really good quality and easy to use as well.

Are use this product to make some Vietnamese style vegetable wraps.Overall, they were incredibly easy to use. The delivery was fast and the size of them was bigger than the ones you can get in most High Street supermarkets. Also, when I bought a pack of two, it worked out far more economical.To use them, I just prepared my filling, dipped the wrap in warm water, play some filling in the centre, and then fried in a little bit of neutral oil. I would recommend double rapping with the rice, paper wraps as you’re less likely to get splitting.

This is my second time repurchasing these rice pancake wraps. They are very easy to use and make lunch quick and easy as you can literally throw salad in them and you’re away. Don’t taste of too much…it’s rice….but versatile with fillings and dips. They’re about the size of a dinner plate and I think 3-4 work quite well for a portion.

When making fresh rice paper rolls where the rice paper overlaps it becomes too chewy and hard but the rest is fine.
