Right out of the box, I was struck by its sleek, midnight black design. I mean, whoever thought that a controller could look this cool? In my experience, it's the best-designed controller out there—hands down.One of the things about this controller that really stands out is the lack of drift issues. I know, I know, every gamer has had that dreaded moment where they realize their character is moving on its own. But with this controller, so far, there have been zero drift problems. It’s refreshing, really.The first time I picked it up, I was immediately impressed by how comfortable it felt in my hands. And during long gaming sessions—from late-night raids to weekend marathons—I have never experienced that tell-tale strain that other controllers sometimes cause. It feels sturdy yet lightweight, and it's just so... ergonomic. That's the word!One anecdote that still makes me smile involves a late-night session with friends. We were all huddled around the TV, passing the controller back and forth, and not one person complained about it—just a lot of jealous looks. Honestly, the upgrade to the DualSense is one of those things that you didn’t realize you needed until you experienced it.In the vast world of gaming peripherals, finding something that truly lives up to its hype can be rare, but this controller does. Just got my new black controller and wow, it looks sleek! The color is perfect, and it feels really good in my hands. Everything works flawlessly so far, buttons are responsive and the sticks are smooth. Haven't had any connection issues or drift, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend picking one up if you're in the market for a new controller.

I purchased this as a second controller for my PS5, to use while one charges to save me having to use a controller with a cable attached.I already knew what to expect as I have been using the original controller for some time - and this met all those expectations. It worked properly, was a well packaged, brand new controller in perfect condition.Out of habit, I use rubber thumbstick grips on my controllers (going back to a flaw when DualShock 4 controls initially launched) although I don't think this is required, as I haven't encountered or heard of any issues with the thumbsticks on the DualSense controllers.It would have been nice if the controller included a USB C charging cable for the purposes of initially connecting it to the console, or for those who will be using the cable to charge, although I have a 2 controller charging dock so this isn't much of an inconvenience for myself.The DualSense itself is a comfortable controller that feels weighty and solid, with a high quality build. It's got a lot of cool features, such as tensioning the R2 trigger on applicable games (I encountered this when firing a bow on Assassin's Creed Valhalla) but this can be customised or disabled if it's not for you. The controller holds the charge well, and operates effectively, as expected.

Dog chewed one remote and my 2nd PS5 remote started aiming upwards on its own regularly. So bit the bullet and forked out for this remote in Feb 25(i think). So after a couple of months I can safely say, its perfect. Works fine, charges up and cant complain one bit. Thank you.

Came in official packaging and looks no different to other controllers I have that came with the ps5 but the battery doesn't seem to last as long as my others. Still does the job, nice colour, needed another controller as my 2 original controllers are slowly getting more and more faults.

The media could not be loaded. Been using this semi-regularly since May and it’s been faultless so far. The design is lovely and the matte black looks great and fits in well with the rest of my setup. Also tried it on PC once and it worked great. No issues so far.

Ich präsentiere euch den DualSense Wireless-Controller in Midnight Black – ein Gamepad, das aussieht, als hätte es ein Date mit der Dunkelheit selbst gehabt. Ich dachte, mein Gaming-Setup wäre schon cool genug, aber dieser Controller kam rein und flüsterte: „Halte mein Bier.“ Hier kommt meine humorvolle 5-Sterne-Bewertung für den Controller, der mehr Style hat als mein gesamter Kleiderschrank.Erster Eindruck – So schwarz wie meine Seele nach einem Ragequit:Ich packe den Controller aus und werde fast von seiner Mitternachts-Coolness geblendet – oder eher „entblendet“, denn er ist einfach tiefschwarz und absolut edel. Es ist, als hätte er gesagt: „Farben sind was für Anfänger.“ Dieses Ding strahlt pure Eleganz und Gaming-Seriosität aus. Mein weißer Standard-Controller sieht daneben aus wie ein verlorener Tourist in Flip-Flops.Haptik – Ergonomischer Traum in Schwarz:Ich nehme ihn in die Hand und sofort flüstert er mir zu: „Wir beide werden viele Stunden zusammen verbringen.“ Die Griffigkeit ist perfekt. Die Oberfläche fühlt sich an wie ein Luxussportwagen-Lenkrad, nur ohne das Risiko, geblitzt zu werden. Egal wie schwitzig meine Hände werden, dieser Controller bleibt cool und gelassen – im Gegensatz zu mir, wenn ich das zehnte Mal in „Elden Ring“ draufgehe.Die Features – Mehr High-Tech als ein Raumschiff:• Adaptive Trigger: Ich spüre jede Waffe, jedes Bremsen und jeden Widerstand. Plötzlich bin ich nicht nur im Spiel, ich fühle das Spiel. Das ist so immersiv, dass ich fast erwarte, dass mir mein Charakter eine Postkarte schickt.• Haptisches Feedback: Jede Explosion, jeder Aufprall, jeder Schritt wird direkt an meine Hände weitergegeben. Es ist wie eine Mini-Massage für Gamer-Hände, nur mit mehr Adrenalin.• Integriertes Mikrofon: Praktisch, wenn du spontan fluchen willst, ohne erst ein Headset zu suchen.
