Will give an update in a month to explain more.

Ordered these to replace the habit of vaping haven't been smoking cigarettes in four years took up vaping stupidly one night drinking got hooked seen these to try stop I've no problem with nicotine it's them goddam flavours using these toothpicks two days now haven't touched the vape even when it is sitting beside me find myself taken the picks instead

The taste is great. They do work - they keep your mouth and hands busy. But as you begin to slightly chew on the sticks, they splinter very easily - this leaves little wooden splinters in your mouth - not good!

Thought I'd try these to help with food and cigarette cravings, I mean they take the edge off, but no more than a regular toothpick would, it's just keeping your mouth busy, I now buy normal ones and pierce them into an orange for flavour. These cost too much, splinter in about 1 min of use and the flavour is gone in 1 min also. Really waster my money here, there's much cheaper alternatives that do the same thing.

Bought these for my son who had given up puff bars (vapes), he said they really help as uts something to fiddle with and have in your mouth.

Fantastic flavors and long lasting
These toothpicks are great. I bought them for my friend when he was trying to quit smoking he said they are really helping him. I tried one and they give you a numbing sensation. Each toothpick lasts a long time. I would definitely buy them again!

Good but not enough
Good product it helps but each tube only came with 4 picks so not a 20 count and as a smoker I've already went through a tube in 5 hours. So not enough to keep me from smoking

Got these for my son to help him stop smoking. The concept is good but he says it really doesn't help. He ended up finding ones that actually had some nicotine in them and they worked better. He said if using to stop smoking use these only if you don't smoke much or uses low amount of nicotine in smoking.
