These calipers are fine for a budget friendly product.The body is a somewhat flimsy plastic but I dare say robust enough for infrequent or light use. No good for heavy engineering or decent sized pipe fittingThey're largely accurate within a millimetre or so so can't be relied on as a close to accurate measure.The display is led style and easy enough to read in good light.It's a small round battery (like a watch) so easy enough to replace when the time comes.For around £5 you can't go wrong.

Amazing value, love the digital display as it’s dead easy to use. The quality is reflective of price, it’s perfect for use in the field as it’s a simple design. Battery cover slips off every now and again, as it’s a push off design but in the same direction as you push open the callipers, hence four stars. Battery still going strong, dead easy to change😉.
