My joints feel less stiff, especially in the mornings, which is a huge relief. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that there are no unpleasant aftertastes. The high strength formula is great, and the 180-count bottle offers good value for money. VitaBright consistently delivers quality supplements, and this one is no exception. So I bought these before as I had problems with my knees and had great improvement with my knees along side doing knee exercises, but it was only when I came off them to use a much more expensive version I had seen advertised as the best thing in the world by athletes on Facebook that my knees started to feel bad again. After about 2 months i went back to using these along side a turmeric tablet (nutrition geeks) and I am back playing football twice a week, which I haven’t been able to do for the last 2 years. I recommend these along side the turmeric tablet to my brother who has trouble with his ankle, he’s been doing so for a few months and started playing tennis again but went away for work for 2 weeks and didn’t pack them and has really felt the difference of not taking them as his pain has started to come back. I really rate these and I’ve messed about with supplements for years but felt a great improvement with them. You must stay consistent and I felt that although it has turmeric and black pepper it worked better alongside another hit of it. Give it 2-3 month. Its one if those which you won’t notice until you stop using it and it’s such a gradual improvement that you don’t notice how vast it is

No problem with the product as such. Good packaging, easy to swallow and at a very good price. But just wanted to add this review as a note of caution for anyone considering glucosamine and chondroitin. After only a few days of taking the supplement I was having trouble sleeping. And after a quick Google, turns out one of the main side effects from this can be insomnia. I'm really struggling with middle age aches and pains all of a sudden so I thought I'd keep going and even tried cutting down to one a day. Same problem, so I'm off to try a turmeric supplement instead. A real shame, but some things just don't work for some people I suppose.

I was very dubious about taking supplements before taking these - ive been taking these for about a month and beforehand I had difficulty with my joints, I just thought it was me getting a bit older- my body felt like a half shut pocket knife 90% of the time, but since taking these they really have changed my life, and i know that sounds like an over reaction but it isnt - my joints feel 90% better and I'm no longer in constant pain - i would highly recommend these supplements

Es verringert bei mir deutlich spürbar meine Gelenkschmerzen, nicht komplett aber locker so um die 50-70%. Kommt natürlich immer drauf an was man genau für ein Problem hat, aber mir hilfts wirklich sehr. Ich nehme es direkt vor dem Schlafen, dann wirkt es zumindest bei mir deutlich besser als tagsüber, keine Ahnung wieso. Eine Dose hält 2-3 Monate, P/L-Verhältnis deswegen mMn. auch ziemlich gut. Von daher klare Kaufempfehlung :)
