I’ve been using this retinol eye serum for a few months now, and I’m happy with the results. It’s made a noticeable difference in the appearance of fine lines and puffiness around my eyes, although there are a couple of minor things to be aware of. Retinol works gradually, and while it didn’t deliver overnight results, the improvement over time has been significant. My under-eye area looks brighter and more even, and it also helped with some puffiness that I get in the mornings.The only reason I’m giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be a little drying if you don’t moisturize well after using it. Retinol can be tricky to balance, especially for sensitive skin, so I’d recommend starting slowly and making sure you have a good hydrating cream to follow up. Also, while it’s great for fine lines and puffiness, I haven’t seen as dramatic a change in dark circles—so if that’s your primary concern, you might need to pair it with something more targeted for that issue. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a mid-range retinol product that delivers results.

Potent retinol eye serum. I've found it really helpful at refining my eye area. I've noticed some texture on the inner eye which looks reduced and tighter and the look of my under eyes a lot brighter and refreshed. This van be drying because it is a retinol at the end of the day so I highly recommend moisturising well after use and keeping the area nourished. The applicator is unique and slightly odd. I like the effect this has given me even though I have young skin still.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this eye serum, and I'm extremely disappointed. The smell is odd, almost like it's expired, which is very off-putting. Additionally, I noticed a lot of residue accumulated on the cap. To make matters worse, the production date is September 2022, making it seem like it's nearing expiration. This product feels completely stale and not fresh at all. I do not recommend this item!

Medik8 are known for their outstanding retinol products so I was excited to try this product. It has an interesting delayed Time Release technology to slowly deliver retinol to the skin, which is a good feature as retinol can be quite irritating, so this makes it more gentle. It is also formulated with Vitamin E which I haven’t seen before. It has a nice plastic spatula applicator built into the lid, which applies a very thin layer of product. At first I thought it might be too little, but the formulation seems oil-based, so a little went a long way. I see how 7ml can last a while due to this, as I was concerned that the bottle was quite small. It spread evenly, and I didn’t feel like it needed an eye cream on top as I usually do apply. It absorbed into the skin slowly which I liked, as it’s made for evening time routines so it can permeate throughout the night, and it kept my under eyes moisturised the whole time. The skin under my eyes felt really nice and hydrated the morning after and I was really impressed, it was far better than any other eye product I’ve used so far including premium brands. I’ve really loved the short term effects of this product, and I’m happy to keep using this to observe any long term changes.

I've started to use this retinol and vitamin A serum at night, together with Medik8 vitamin C serum in the morning. The advice to begin is only to use twice a week, and then increase the applications until you are using it every night. Obviously, at this stage, I can't vouch for it's efficacy in reducing fine lines, but so far I've found it easy to apply and pleasant to use.The little bottle contains a spatula which delivers a tiny amount of serum to the area around your eye. It feels like a gentle oil which gradually absorbs into the skin. I have used retinol creams before, and over time, found them to be effective, so I'm confident that over time I'll see the benefits of using this serum every night. The key is to keep using it and not to expect instant results.I've found the serum to be extremely tolerable. It doesn't irritate or cause redness, as some other products I've tried have done. It's a light oil that's kind around my eyes and makes my skin feel soft. I like using it and will continue to do so as directed.

I'm not very confident that this serum is any good, it feels oily and even the smallest amount leaves a greasy feeling on the skin. It doesn't absorb very fast, in fact, I think it mostly sits on the skin and probably gets rubbed off by my duvet while sleeping... because you apply to a clean face at night.For the currently listed £24 you are getting 7ml of serum, that's not much over a teaspon (which is 5ml). £3.42 per ml is quite expensive if you ask me, especially as I don't feel that the product works too well.I will update if I see any improvement but I don't think this is the one.
