These are not the normal recipe that you would buy from the shops, I buy lots of these as they are for my dogs. The powder is more white than cream, they also mix up differently, so do not use the normal amount of water, save a little water and only use it if needed, these also mix up a little tacky, as for the taste, I couldn't tell you but my dogs still eat it so there's that lol.If I was to take a punt, these are rejects, so be aware of that.

This is a fabulous product, and you can get so many meals from just the 1 tube, I personally weigh up 60g to around 225ml of water and add a little butter to make it nice and creamy with a little mixed herbs, extra virgin olive oil and rapeseed oil, plus some turmeric as well and it's working out to a great non expensive meal with a pie, pasty or whatever you prefer

I use this to thicken pie fillings, makes a lovely thick gravy, without that cornflour taste.Bought 2 of these for various uses, always handy to have and in a pinch, with a little milk and butter, makes good mash too if you are in a hurry. I have vacuum sealed one tub, just to extended its shelf life, obviously not in the container, lol.Main reason for buying such a mundane item from Bolo, the price, £3.60 in the supermarket, much less from Bolo, delivered
