I wanted an Android TV to replace an LG TV which had started randomly turning itself off at frequent intervals. This TV arrived with a non-uk plug so I had to go out and borrow an adapter from a friend. During setup, when asked which country I was in, the list included Burkina Faso and Kyrgyzstan, but not the UK (or Britain or Great Britain or England). In the end I had to choose Ireland just to progress to the point where I could actually watch TV. Whether that is why the channel numbers are not in the normal order I don't know, but 5Select, normally on 55, is on channel 1 and so on. Those problems may be down to the supplier, but the rest are definitely equipment related. The picture quality is blurred on ordinary channels, while the HD channels barely reach the quality of my old TV - and the sound is tinny. At the price I wasn't expecting top of the range, but I was expecting adequate - and certainly not worse in every aspect than a TV made in 2014! Suffice to say I'll be returning it.
