I love these. I take them at around 3pm when my energy is depleted and it completely revives me. I struggle with staying awake when I'm at work, and these really stop me from nodding off! The quality of these is great and they taste lovely. They are chewable so completely easy to swallow.

We really like these, they are the best b12 chewable we’ve had and the flavour is really nice. They taste like a lemon sherbet sweet!Someone said in the reviews they nearly broke a tooth chewing them, that’s ridiculous, they are not hard! They chomp easily and dissolve very quickly unlike some sublingual ones.Highly recommend, also you get 400 for the price most charge for 120-180!!

I had some from Bolo before from a different brand that you didn't chew, they tasted gross though so if left in your mouth too long they would leave a nasty aftertaste - that's why I bought these.They are easy to chew, they are crumbly like a sweet, and have a lemon flavour. They don't really seem to help in making me feel less tired during the day though, which is a shame

Très petits comprimés pratique que laisse sous la langue pour que ca soit mieux absorber. Goût très agréable. Le top pour les végétariens/ végétaliens pour éviter la carence.

Je ne connais pas encore les résultats, car je viens de commencer à les prendre et je pense qu'il faut un certain temps pour que les résultats apparaissent, mais les pilules sont très savoureuses. J'ai vraiment aimé.
