My hair felt so much better after the first use. I use it 2-3 times a week because my hair has been colour treated for years. I highly recommend it for people with damaged hair (speaking as someone who has severely damaged hair from bleaching). My hair no longer feels like a birds nest since adding this product to my hair care regime. Works best when used with other products in the olaplex range.
