I'm actually really happy with this mug, It's larger than normal but smaller than the typical "large" mugs that people are tending to buy now. I'm very happy with this and it was a nice little joke for work.Definitely recommend this as a gift for a work colleague and is a high enough quality to show that you didn't cheap out. The price was high but I'm accounting that to being customisable.If I broke this mug at work, I would definitely buy another based on the quality of the first.

A lovely well printed mug that is an awesome size, fits in well for me and my colleague who work in a hospital she loved it, came really quick and was super well packaged too, would definitely buy again x

As it was personalised I expected to have to wait for it to be delivered but it was here in a few days & was really well packaged. It was in a sort of bubble wrap bag but it was much stronger than the ordinary stuff. Then in a stout cardboard box marked FRAGILE. Will make a nice Christmas gift with some ‘special’ coffee.

These are an ideal size for me, about one and half mugs - not too big. However, I'm having a recurrent issue presently; the second mug has developed a hairline crack (as for one replaced earlier). This is a conceivable batch issue that the reseller will want to look at.
