I am an avid fan of Callebaut Chocolate products, so this will be a different flavour to try. As yet I've not used it, but I'm sure it's as good as the other 4 types of Chocolate I have bought from Callebaut.

I am so so impressed with this Gold Callebaut. I'm a long time fan of Callebaut but this was my first time trying the Gold caramel callets. The flavour is incredible, initially there is a white chocolate buttery flavour but slowly as it melts in the mouth you begin to notice the delicious flavour of caramelized sugar. The flavour is subtle but undeniably present. The overall effect is sublime. I have sampled so many caramel chocolate in the past and they were all a bit overly flavoured using caramel flavouring but this product uses only caramelized sugar and in my humble opinion it is perfect!!

Ho usato questo cioccolato per fare dei piccoli dolcetti con mandorle e nocciole tostate (in padella in casa!): risultato dei “brutti ma buoni” che hanno conquistato i miei ospiti che li hanno assaggiati dopo cena e ricevuti come omaggio da portare via in sacchettino trasparente per alimenti! Consigliatissimo!

Excellent chocolat, bonne marque, le chocolat gold a un petit goût de caramel.Il sera parfait pour faire des mousse bavaroise ou bien pour décorer vos gâteaux. Le bon goût du chocolat avec une petite pointe de caramel.
