The tub arrived well sealed and secure — no broken tablets or powdery mess inside, which has happened to me with other brands before.I mainly use these before or after the gym. They dissolve fast in cold water — no lumps — and the mixed berry flavour is actually pretty decent, not overly sweet or fake-tasting. I feel like it really helps me bounce back quicker after a tough session, especially when I’m sweating buckets.I like that it’s got electrolytes plus vitamin C and B12, so it feels like more than just a sports drink. Also nice to know it’s vegan, although that’s not a deal-breaker for me.I’d say these tablets are perfect for anyone active — gym-goers, runners, cyclists — or honestly just if you’re travelling or working long days and don’t drink enough water. I keep a few in my bag for days when I know I’ll need them.Positives for me: they’re super easy to use, taste good, no sugar crash, and definitely help with staying hydrated. Negatives: I guess they’re not the cheapest if you use them every single day, but I usually just have 1–2 tablets max when I really need it.I’ll definitely keep buying them — they’ve replaced the energy drinks I used to reach for, and I feel better not loading up on sugar. If you want an alternative, maybe check out Nuun or SIS tabs — I’ve tried them too but I keep coming back to Fast&Up for the taste and how quickly they dissolve.I’ve added a couple of pics so you can see the tablet size and how they fizz up in water — looks way more appealing than the product photo online.Solid product — does exactly what it says and I actually notice the difference.

I really like these. Personally I think they taste great. Good value for money & seem to be very effective at replacing lost electrolytes & rehydrating after sport or if you’re feeling under the weather.

Not sure if it’s just the additional water intake after taking the these that’s giving me a hydrated feeling or if these really work.I’ve used quite a few of these hydration tablets and these aren’t the best but definitely not the worst.These take quite a while to dissolve and require a stir to get the final bite to vanish. Taste is ok not great tasting but not a horrible taste either. vitamin content seems reasonably good and better than other alternatives.Feel a slight energy boost after taking them and definitely feel more hydrated.I bought them in offer which made them great value for money however at full price they are similar to other alternatives.

Tried these as a change from my usual electrolytes and the flavour is actually really nice — peach iced tea is refreshing and not overly sweet. Easy enough to drink and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste some others do.Only downside is they don’t fizz up as well or as quickly as some other brands I’ve used. Takes a bit longer to fully dissolve, even in cold water, which isn’t ideal if you’re in a rush.Still does the job hydration-wise, and the taste is spot on — just wish the fizz was a bit more lively.

These aren’t like most electrolytes where the flavour is nasty. The flavour on its own is fine, it is a very mild iced tea flavour, i add some peach iced tea granules to make it taste stronger.I work night shifts and these have really helped with my hydration, Iv slept better and don’t get headaches

Bought this on recommendation from a friend. Received and can confirm they taste good, due to the hot weather and forthcoming holiday I wanted something to re-hydrate and replace electrolytes. So far, happy with purchase.

Used as per instructions. It took along time to dissolve and hardly any effervescence and an unpleasant taste. Used mortar and pestle turning tablet to powder. All bubbles easy to drink,pleasant taste. Too early to know about health improvements. If pos.heath will change to five star.
