We take numerous vitamins and minerals in tablet form every day but these are the only ones to get stuck in our throats.I will buy from same manufacturer if they do capsules or even coated, if not I will seek from another supplier as the product actually does work I have firmer stronger muscles after less than a month.... just gagging every time I take these is unpleasant

Good product - pills are on the larger side so if that’s a problem for you it may be difficult, but they are easy to split due to them having a perforation. Creatine works as intended - happy with everything

Never took creatine before, started taking in Feb 2025, take 3 a day, yes tablets are big but big glug of water their absolutely fine. I started doing heavier weights and notice my after aches are very little and feel creatine is helping. Difficult to tell if it's made much difference to muscle appearance from the tablet but I'm continuing? Find it difficult to take during a weekend as often out and I spread then out during the day so it's more Mon to Fri, will finish bottle and see if I want to buy more. No side effects to taking them.

I was honestly surprised at first by the amount of creatine packed into each pill, it can be a bit hard to swallow at first. That said, I definitely prefer this over taking a scoop of powder. There's no bad taste, no mixing required, and it's super convenient.As for performance, it does exactly what creatine is supposed to do. I've noticed the expected benefits, and the ease of use really makes it stand out. Overall, a great product. I’ll definitely be buying it again.
