It's my first time using a cup and I'm so pleased at how well it works, no leaks at all throughout the day. I used it from 6am to 8pm, probably longer than suggested but mu flow is quite light. It was so easy to use from insertion to emptying. It's not for the squeamish as you do get to see everything that your uterus is producing so be prepared. Having said that, it's a fairly odourless situation, as opposed to tampons or pads. Im so glad I decided to try it, as a 43 year old woman I'm not sure how many years of periods I have left but I've done it now and I'd recommend giving it a go.

I've used mine for a few months now and works well. There's a learning curve to make sure the cup is properly placed but it's soft enough to insert and pull out. It's easy to pull out and clean. It's a good product

I've used cups for about 10 years and never had much of a problem. Decided to try these as couldn't get the same one. I found the cups to be really hard material, making it uncomfortable when inserted. I persevered and found it a little uncomfortable at first but seemed ok. When removing it though, it was really tough to get the end of the cup as the 'pull' is so tiny.I continued with these cups to see if it improved and then I had a terrible experience...when the cup was inserted, I suddenly started getting this intense pain. I'd literally just changed it before bed and thought it was just period pain. After an hour of excruciating stomach pain and no sleep, I thought it might be the cup and attempted to get it out. I'm not going to go into graphic detail but I couldn't get it out and when I finally managed to get it out, it felt like it was sucking my insides out! I don't know if it's possible for it to stuck to your cervix or something, but I absolutely believe something like that must have happened because the pain significantly reduced as soon as it was gone. It took a good few hours more for the pain to completely go. It was horrible! I think the hard material and lack of stem may have caused this and I wouldn't recommend these!

I wanted to try a product like this for a long time and I’m glad I finally did. I’ve used this for two cycles and had zero leaks or mess.It can take a bit of getting used to inserting and taking out but once you’ve got the hang of it it’s easy.Personally I had to cut the tab off as it was too long but as soon as I did there was zero issues.I would highly recommend this product as it can be used over and over again and is very efficient in doing its job. Just remember to wash your hand and sterilise the product before and after use.

First time of using the menstrual cups. It is very fiddley until you get used to it. It's great having two cups as I wasn't sure on the size, so I went for 2 different sizes to find out what I needed. It's loverly to have a protective container to keep everything clean. It is a money saver once you have the cups and cleaner.

I have never been a fan of tampons due to how it feels it, the situation you have to deal with with string after using the toilet. Also, I have never been a fan of big knickers to wear pads. I’m a thong type girl. I thought I’d try out the cup and it’s the best thing ever, i am able to insert it and forget about it for hours without the worry of TSS and the feeling of plastic rubbing against the thighs! If you’re considering it, give it a go! I find it easier to insert using the ‘C’ fold and just run your finger around the base when it’s in and make sure it’s unfolded so you don’t have a leak and you’re good to go.

I had been wanting to try a cup for awhile but never took the leap because I read to many stories of it getting stuck. I’m glad I tried because this is an absolute game changer. I get long periods and a short time between periods, I was buying pads constantly. I wanted to leave a review after 2 cycles. My first few days are the heaviest and It’s pretty bad. I tried the cup on my heaviest 2 days and wore it to the gym doing all sorts of workouts, sitting, standing, and squatting. No leaks. I can wear it for long periods of times and on the heavy days I only have to clean the cup 2-3 times, large cup. The smaller cup on normal days maybe 1-2 times. There is a little learning curve to place it and remove it. I watched so many videos before purchasing and they really made me confident I could do it. I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND when getting it practicing your own technique inserting and removing before you start your period just so you are comfortable with the technique without the mess to start. I used TIKTOK and it taught me all I needed to know. Most menstral cups are the same, when it comes to folding a certain way and the way you feel more comfortable removing. Just do your research and see what works for you.These cups are soft and easy to use. I like I get two different sizes depending on the flow days.Do BOIL BETWEEN every CYCLE!

I've used these before I had kids, and they worked great. I could have it in all day, clean it out before bed, sleep all night and clean it again in the morning and never have to worry about leaks. Then I had 2 babies and my cervix is now much wider than before. First time using this cup after my second baby and I had to change my bottoms halfway though the day. I started off using the large cup, too, so it's not a matter of overflowing, it just doesn't sit right anymore. Very disappointed, will have to look for specifically post nantal cups or go back to tampons.
