This stabiliser set is a super easy kit to put together and has everything provided in the box. Whilst it wasn't the cheapest set, I really liked the light up wheels and easy attachment onto the current spindle (although extender screws are even included if needed there). My biggest gripe is that installing onto my son's 18 inch bike either meant the back wheel was off the floor or the stabilisers were too low to have impact. I had to resort to installing them a bit lopsided to ensure the bike could actually move with them installed making it slightly odd for sizing. I might just have been unlucky with the bike I installed upon. They're lightweight and sturdy supports otherwise that offer plenty of safety where needed.

This item is of terrible quality, the instructions are incomprehensible, and some of the parts do not fit together. Do not buy it.

The stabilsers are great, but the thread is damaged on one of the extension bolts meaning it will not tighten up. A replacement cannot be sent without returning the full order which is dissapointing.

Consider how these stabilizers are mounted and whether they will fit your bike before you buy. Will a chain guard be in the way? Are the wheel nuts accessible? It may seem obvious, but I can see in the reviews that a few buyers did not make such considerations.The stabilizers fit my sons 16" bike well. I had to add a few extra washers to clear the chain guard but I knew that and was prepared. The package already comes with a few optional parts, like the extension nuts, but I opted not to use them as I only needed 4mm extra clearance. On image 6 you can see a square bracket that has a pin in one side that can go into the dropout in order to prevent the stabilizer from rotating, which works well in my case. If your bike has no usable dropout, then you might be able to use the support bracket (image 6-1) instead to prevent unwanted rotation. If neither of these options work for you, then you should probably look elsewhere.The stabilizer arms are made from thicker metal than the photos give off, which was a positive surprise. Only slight negative is the stabilizer wheel bearings. I had to adjust the alignment to get less friction on the axel, but they are still a bit stiff. Not a huge problem though.
