5.0 out of 5 stars Seriously good - but need a good BT dongle, not a cheap one.
Build quality very high.Sound quality superb. When using with a PC I had to get a better quality Blue Tooth dongle. Without that the sound was poor and there was sound lag. With a good Apt-X dongle the lag was gone and the sound was sharp with a good wide sound field. The controls are so well designed - No feeling around for the right button.Downside: Not the most comfortable headset, but still better than most.Seriously happy bunny here.Big step up on my Sennheiser M3 - and they are good.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best headphones I've ever had
Amazing quality 10/10. Great battery life. 10/10 sound quality. Weight feels fine as well I didn't think it was too heavy. Perfect size. I had slight issues with the Bluetooth connection but it was fixed, other than that, I would 10/10 recommend. Sustainability is a big plus as well. If you have any doubts I think you should try it out, it surpassed my expectations after reading slightly negative reviews. I would rate it 5/5 stars
5.0 out of 5 stars B&o H95 Headphones
Value for money:Excellent quality and the sound quality is amazing
4.0 out of 5 stars Had to return due to poor ANC
The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 headphones are the epitome of luxury in the world of audio. Combining exceptional build quality, advanced features, and premium design, they aim to deliver a high-end listening experience for audiophiles and travelers alike. With a sophisticated chestnut color and aluminium carrying case, the Beoplay H95 promises comfort, style, and performance. Here’s my detailed review based on my experience.Design and Build Quality: The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 headphones stand out primarily due to their premium build quality. Unlike the Bowers & Wilkins PX8 and Sony 1000XM5, which also offer excellent construction, the H95 takes things up a notch with a more refined, luxurious feel. The headband and earcups are crafted from high-grade aluminum, while the ear cushions are made of soft lambskin leather, providing both comfort and durability. The H95’s aluminum carrying case adds an extra touch of sophistication, keeping your headphones protected while traveling. In terms of materials and build, the H95 is far superior to the plastic design of the Sony 1000XM5, offering a more premium tactile experience that reflects the price point.Performance: In terms of sound quality, the H95 offers a balanced and refined sound signature, with crystal-clear highs, natural mids, and detailed low frequencies. While the bass performance is precise, it doesn’t quite match the powerful and punchy bass found in the Sony 1000XM5 or Bowers & Wilkins PX8. If you’re a bass enthusiast, the H95 might not deliver the deep bass impact you’re looking for.The active noise cancellation (ANC) on the Beoplay H95 is good but doesn’t perform at the same level as the Sony 1000XM5 or PX8, which are renowned for their superior noise-canceling technology. The H95 does an adequate job of blocking out external noise, making it suitable for everyday use, but it doesn’t quite block out the low-frequency hums or background noise as effectively as its competitors. For those who prioritize ANC performance, the Sony or Bowers & Wilkins models might be a better choice.Comfort and Fit: Comfort-wise, the Beoplay H95 is exceptional. The lambskin leather earcups and the adjustable headband provide a luxurious fit that feels comfortable for long listening sessions. The ear cups are spacious, providing a nice seal around the ears, which helps with passive noise isolation even without ANC activated. The lightweight design, combined with the premium materials, ensures that these headphones are easy to wear for hours without discomfort.Battery Life: With up to 50 hours of playtime, the Beoplay H95 offers excellent battery performance, especially considering its luxurious features. This is one of the longest battery lives in its category, surpassing both the Sony 1000XM5 and Bowers & Wilkins PX8, making it a great option for long flights or extended listening periods. The quick charge feature is also a welcome addition, providing several hours of use with just a short charging time.Ease of Use: The Beoplay H95 features intuitive controls with tactile buttons and a touch-sensitive panel on the earcups for volume adjustments, playback control, and calls. The six microphones provide clear voice quality for calls, and the overall user interface is smooth and easy to navigate. The headphones also come with a companion app that allows you to customize sound profiles, ANC settings, and more.Value for Money: At a premium price point, the Beoplay H95 offers excellent build quality and luxury materials, but its ANC and bass performance aren’t quite as impressive as the Sony 1000XM5 or Bowers & Wilkins PX8. For users who prioritize sound quality and luxury over sheer performance in ANC and bass, the H95 may be worth the investment. However, if you're looking for the best noise-cancelling performance or bass-heavy sound, other options like the Sony or PX8 might be a better fit. Conclusion: The Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H95 is a premium, luxury headphone offering with exceptional build quality, luxurious materials, and long battery life. The sound quality is balanced and refined, but the ANC and bass performance fall short compared to the Sony 1000XM5 and Bowers & Wilkins PX8, making them less ideal for users who need top-tier performance in those areas. The H95 excels in comfort, luxury design, and build quality, making it perfect for those who value aesthetics and comfort over extreme ANC or bass output. If you’re looking for a blend of style and sound quality with a touch of luxury, the Beoplay H95 is an excellent choice.

So stunning build , but at first I was underwhelmed by the base and level …. Stunningly smooth and quality but I needed whoomf… tonight I took the time to personalise use on the App …. OMG … please use the setting I have inserted in the picture … love it enjoy now I am in heaven
3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing in all honesty
How can a flagship set of headphones from B&O be disappointing you say? Well allow me to tell you! first off though the good bits. You are buying a premium flagship product and that’s blatantly obvious on opening the box. It starts off very apple-centric with well thought out packing and the sticker seals that have tear off tabs that make it obvious it’s been opened without any damage to surfaces. The headphones are stored in a Same-colour-as-the-headphones metal box magnetically sealed and lined inside with a nice material lining (again same colour) it’s all very tasteful and posh. Inside the storage case (non charging it’s just a case) is the headphones themselves with factory handling/shipping plastic sticky covers over the twoOuter ear up surfaces to prevent scratches before it gets to you and a protective wrap around each folded arm (shame about using plastic in this day and age) the box also has a storage compartment complete with magnetically sealed flap that houses the two included cables. The cables are as to be expected also a work of art having a braided sheath the same colour as everything else and includes a genuine (what else would you expect?) leather cable tidy that’s embossed with the B&O symbol and stud closures. The two cables are a 3.5mm to 3.5mm aux cable for wired listening (rather short in my opinion especially compared to the USB cable) that allows for higher quality listening (power still needed though. Not sure why?) and a much longer USB cable (A to C) this allows for charging and unlike the claims from the instructions it also allows for music playback. Build quality of the headphones is almost faultless the only letdown is the two dials (one on each side) that have a bit of backlash in them and also side to side movement. Not what I would expect at this price point! The rest of the build is superb with faultless anodising on the arms and perfect leather cups (sorry vegans it’s not for you!) all go to make something very special every time you use it. The cups are attached magnetically so do fall of when taking out the case if you do it wrong.ComfortWearing these is a pleasure although if you have very big ears it may be a problem. I’ve not had any issues with overheating as of yet and worn for 3-4h at a time. These are light and unobtrusive yet still comfortable. Touch controls are ok but do need purposeful movements to be recognised.SoundSound is subjective and also source dependent so if your still listening to your old 128kb MP3’s then it’s not really a product for you! I’ve been listening using Apple Music with a lossless subscription. Previously I was using an xDuoo DAC and set of planar magnetic headphones ( monolith M1060c) with the same music source that sounded superb. The H95 sound is almost as good but then again it’s a lower quality connection so for Bluetooth headphones these sound amazing. The very quiet details are not as clear but overall the sound is very well balanced with solid (but not overpowering) Bass that doesn’t distort or impact as the volume goes up. The max volume isn’t earth shattering but these are not designed for that and are plenty loud enough. These are very easy to listen to at high volumes (in some cases sounding better for it) and it’s one of those that doesn’t feel as loud as it is -it’s that smooth.ANC and callsThis is the poor but the ANC effectiveness is poor in many cases and nowhere near as effective as say my AirPod pros/pros 2 in blocking out outside sounds or when in transparency mode. I can for instance hear the tap running and associated noise from washing up whilst wearing these and listening to music at a sensible level. Same as voice if I use transparent mode I struggle to hear my partner even with the music paused. The only plus side is that the ANC modes have no effect on the quality of the sound that I can hear. This is very important as every other system I have tried has always had some effect on the sound when turned on either reducing the bass and treble response or introducing artifact’s or colouring the music to some level. If you want absolute silence then look elsewhere if you want noise cancelling but the quality of music is essential to you this is the set to buy.I must say I was surprised and disappointed by the ANC on these even when making phone calls the other party could hear I was packing up a parcel to post so much so it was drowning me out.So all said and done what’s the verdict? Well if you want the best of the best for bragging rights then this is a no brainer especially as it covers the bases for streaming protocols and most universal. If you want the best noise cancelling then look elsewhere. The whole package does make listening to music feel special each time you get them out

They look great, color navy blue is beautiful! The ANC is excellent and the features are very convenient. However they are too tight, not loud enough, and dont fit well on medium sized ears. Comfort is key and these are not too comfortable specially for their price.
Amazing headphones
Awesome sound quality, now I can’t wear cheaper headphones
Beoplay H95: The Law of Diminishing Returns
If you’re considering a pair of Bang & Olufsen cans, then you’re already aware of how the law of diminishing returns pertains to them. The difference in sound between a pair of $100 and $450 headphones is far greater than the difference between a pair of $450 and $1250 headphones—that’s just a fact. But if you’re considering B&O, then you’re likely reaching for that pinnacle of sound. Well, stay here; you’re getting close. It’s difficult to not be impressed while unboxing them. The fit and finish of everything from the box to the aluminum case to the headphones exclaim quality. They sound great right out of the box. They are so neutral they would make the Swiss look antagonistic. Bright, crisp highs with the very occasional hint of sibilance. Present mids. Tight, clean bass. They will thump when required without complaining. I don’t think you’ll find a more-expansive soundstage on a pair of closed back headphones. Prior to purchasing my H95s, my favorite headphones were the Bowers & Wilkins Px8s. The H95s certainly sound more refined and I’m able to discern more detail. The Px8s required an extensive break in period, and still sound warm and require equalization for optimum sound, while the H95s sound great with a flat signal, which is a good thing because I don’t care for the “Beosonic” approach to an equalizer, which amounts to plotting dot within a circle that is marked bright, relaxed, energetic and warm. Here, B&O clearly tried to reinvent the “wheel” and failed. Note to B&O: bands work, use them. The good news is you likely won’t find the need to adjust the sound. The app, by the way, offers minimal customization. I have one complaint about the sound: these headphones often lack volume. For most songs it’s not an issue, but when it is you feel like Clark Griswold at the closed gates of that amusement park (interesting side note: when I used the name of the amusement park in the movie, Bolo’s AI thought I was talking about their largest retail competitor and wouldn’t publish this review).. Speaking of volume, the volume dial is a brilliant touch. Spinning that wheel to adjust the volume has a very satisfying feel, however I find the dial on the left ear cup for ANC adjustment annoying. A button would accomplish the same with less effort, but I’m quibbling. In the final analysis, you’ll definitely discern greater detail and enjoy a more expansive soundstage with your H95s than with the less-expensive Px8s or say, the Sony WH-1000XM6s or Bose QC Ultras (I own those as well). Indeed, the H95s just sound better, but not by a staggering amount.Comfort. The lamb skin ear pads conform nicely to the ear and create a proper seal. The H95 are quite comfortable. I find the Bowers and Wilkins Px8s to be the most-comfortable cans I’ve ever worn. If the Px8s are a 10/10, then the H95s are a 8/10. I can wear them for hours without feeling warm or fatigued, but I’m definitely aware I’m wearing headphones, whereas with the Px8s I’ve forgotten I’m wearing them. Perhaps a larger ear cup would kelp the H95s.Battery: The battery is supposed to give you thirty hours with ANC. I’ve found thirty hours to be on the generous side, by maybe as much as twenty percent.ANC: I’m guessing that, if you’re considering these headphones, then you’re chasing perfect sound, thus ANC isn’t your top priority. That’s good. The ANC is adequate, not special. If you’re looking for cutting edge ANC, then grab the latest pair of plastic Bose or Sony headphones. In the meantime, I’m going to get back to my music and continue trying to think of a way to talk my wife into believing I need a pair of H100sHappy listening!UPDATE: I’m testing the beta version of an app upgrade, and there are a couple of important updates. Now, the ANC has ten separate settings, so a dial to control them is more appropriate and efficient. Additionally, the ANC has greatly improved with the new update. I’m not sure when it will be available to the general public, but it’s coming.
