I have tried a few different flavours of this product, as well as the Vitamin version, and have been thoroughly impressed.Liquid I.V. does what its competitors have never achieved for me - it has left me well hydrated, and perked me up a bit.I first tried these when feeling under the weather, and was able to notice the difference later in the day. Have since used during the UK's recent heatwave, some particularly long hikes, and after drinking. In all of these scenarios Liquid I.V. has performed exactly as it claims.The strawberry flavour is my personal favourite.

These are brilliant for days when extra hydration is needed. I usually drink one glass before going to bed after a night out, and it does make a difference. The taste is good too.

The taste is bad, it is really sweet. I’m not dehydrated so I didn’t notice any difference using this, I bought it for breastfeeding but didn’t notice a difference

Does not upset my stomach and provides necessary electrolytes. A bit too much sugar for my taste and I added double the water recommended to dim the sweetness. Overall a good product

I take medication that causes dehydration, so staying properly hydrated is a real challenge for me. The problem is… I’m one of those people who just cannot stand drinking plain water. I need flavor—something that makes sipping water actually enjoyable. I’ve tried just about everything: Propel, Gatorade, and a bunch of other so-called electrolyte waters. None of them worked for me. Either the taste was off, they were too sugary, or they didn’t seem to make a difference at all.Then I found these. I’ve only been using them for two days and I can already feel a HUGE difference. My body feels more hydrated, I wake up with less grogginess and fewer body aches, and overall, I just feel better. It’s honestly kind of shocking how fast they worked.I’m also a bit of a tumbler hoarder—guilty! I usually use my Venti Starbucks plastic tumbler, fill it nearly to the brim with ice water, and pour one packet in. Quick tip: make sure to stir it well. The first time I just swirled it around and ended up sucking up a bunch of dry powder clumps—bleh. Now I use a butter knife to stir it thoroughly and it dissolves perfectly.I bought the strawberry flavor, and let me just say—it’s so good. It’s sweet, but not overpowering. Sometimes, if I want an extra kick of flavor, I’ll mix in a tiny bit of a sugar-free strawberry lemonade packet. Chef’s kiss. It's like a mini mocktail that actually hydrates you.Now, let me tell you what sold me on these for good.I work in the shipping industry and spend a lot of time in the warehouse. I live in South Carolina, where the heat and humidity can be brutal, especially in buildings with poor ventilation. About a week ago, I was in the warehouse for six straight hours. I was sweating nonstop, got overheated, and felt like I was going to pass out. My head was pounding, I was nauseous, my hands were shaky—it was bad. One of my coworkers handed me a packet of the lemon lime flavor from this same brand. I mixed it up and drank it down, and within 30 minutes, all my symptoms were gone. Not even exaggerating. That moment right there convinced me to order them for myself.Honestly, everyone should have these on hand. This stuff is the bomb-diggity. If you toss in a Vitamin C tablet too—BOOM! You’ve got yourself a delicious, hydrating, vitamin-packed drink. So refreshing, especially with extra ice.The flavor is amazing—if you like strawberry drinks, you’ll love this. It turns a boring bottle of water into something you actually look forward to drinking. If it’s a little too sweet for your taste, just dilute it with more water or try the sugar-free version. I like that it’s easy to adjust the flavor to your liking. It’s also gentle on the stomach, which is a huge plus—unlike some of the sugary sports drinks out there that feel heavy or cause stomach upset.Bonus: I’m also a runner, and I struggle with severe leg cramps at night. I’ve been trying to get more electrolytes into my daily routine, and these have definitely helped. The only downside for me is that this version has a bit more sugar than I’d like. I don’t love stevia (so I avoid the zero-sugar kind), but I usually just use half a packet to keep the sugar lower. It still tastes great and works just as well.Final verdict: BUY THEM. All the flavors are great. Super effective, tasty, and customizable. I genuinely feel better since I started using these.

Received in April 2025 with a best before date of February 2025. Pack has also obviously been opened and resealed. What a joke!
