I took these supplements for 9 months before I had my egg collection and ended up with 7 day 5 embryos. My consultant was very impressed with this result as I've previously had extensive surgery on both ovaries due to Endometriosis. I am now pregnant following my first transfer. If you look into Ovum as a company they have a fantastic ethos and this product is great quality with the majority of what you need for TTC/IVF for a very fair price.

Ovum is a high-quality, science-backed product from a B-Corp, female-founded company. I have done extensive research into various fertility supplements, and it stands above all others in terms of quality and integrity. Other supplements have such low doses that they're not going to produce the benefits offered by Ovum. I'm so impressed not only by the product but also by the credentials of the company. Delighted to have discovered this supplement and excited for the results!

I'm 35 years old and trying for baby number 5! We have 4 children aged 16, 13, 9 and 3. My periods had changed and I believed that I was heading towards perimenepouse! My bleeding became really light and periods only lasted 2 days. I started taking these and after 3 months (3 bottles) my periods went back to normal! Heavy bleeding, 5 days long and normal consistency. I then went to see my Dr and through a blood test it was confirmed that I had ovulated. My progesterone level was at 80 which the dr said was really good. I know for a fact that these tablets have helped. I'd also like to say that my hair has become thicker and nails stronger. Before my nails were brittle and hair thin. Getting pregnant takes time anyway, it took me 18+ months to conceive with my last 2 children. We've been trying for baby number 5 for 12 months now, after taking these I'm positive that we will have a baby. Before taking these I lost all hope! Please hang in there, I know these capsules are expensive but I truly believe they're worth it. My only negative about these would be that if I take them without food I get a tummy ache and your urine will smell strong! A little chemically! Other than that I'm more than happy 😊 I will edit once I get good news 🙂Edit: Hello ladies, I've just found out that I'm pregnant. I took nearly 4 of these bottles and it helped me. Me and my husband are over the moon. I was half way through my 4th bottle when I found out that I'm expecting. I truly do believe that these tablets helped me.

In a world filled with every imaginable configuration of supplements for pregnant women, the market was well and truly missing a high quality, well-researched supplement targeted specifically for fertility.OVUM has come in to fill this gap brilliantly. It contains all the key supplements as recommended by “It Starts With the Egg” in three handy pills. I’ve been taking these now for two months in preparation for medicated cycles and I am so grateful for the reassurance and confidence that these supplements give me going into that process. There’s so much uncertainty in infertility, OVUM have helped me to feel as if I’ve done everything I can to make this a success.I’ve had no issues with digesting these and have tolerated them very well. The tablets themselves are a lovely cream colour and very easy to take. They come in a gorgeous dark glass bottle with a chic and subtle dark green label (thank you so much for not covering it with babies and announcing to the world my infertility).There’s nothing in there that doesn’t need to be there and the social conscious of the company to donate 30% of their profits back to fertility research is just the cherry on the cake.I have tried all manner of fertility/pre-natal vitamins in my 3 year struggle to conceive and OVUM is everything I was hoping for, made right here in the UK. Thank you OVUM for a better class of supplement!

- Update to previous review - 8/9 months in and still not pregnant, for the price these are very expensive to not give results. I've changed to a cheaper alternative. Conceive plus gives the same things but is half the price.The package says it takes up to 3 months for the product to actually work properly & impact your egg reserves so I'm not giving up hope yet, however I am now 6 months in using the product and still no sign of pregnancy. I do find you need to take the supplements with food or not too close to laying down, I've noticed a correlation between very severe heartburn (which I've never had in my life before) and taking these so just make sure you take with food etc.One thing I would add though is that the packaging is a brilliant glass bottle and great for the environment but it comes shrink wrapped in plastic and then surrounded in bubble wrap. I do understand the fact they need it to be safe and secure but perhaps think more sustainably?

*Update 3* we gotta baby! I'll be taking these post natally at a lower dose to support my hormones and menstrual cycle recovery. I'll be interested to see if my cycle normalises quicker than after previous babies!*update 2* still going at 9 weeks which is the farthest on I have been in my last 4 pregnancies.*Update 1* I fell pregnant the month after, will see if it makes it through the first trimester.Original review; Not pregnant yet but having had 2 kids but 5 miscarriages with no known cause, the only thing I had noticed was since having my children my periods were so light (barely 3 days with only one day of 'proper' blood) . First period after most recent miscarriage was the same, but since starting these, my most recent one had been back to much nearer the heavyness I remember prekids, hopefully encouraging!
