I add 1 tablespoon to 3 to 4 tablespoons of natural yoghurt then marinate the chicken, fantastic on the BBQ. The bag size make the price really low when compared to the little jars in the supermarket.

I've been using this bag of spice mix for a couple of months now and I have to say its good! I use it for chicken thighs, either just sprayed with oil then sprinkled with the mix, or combine the mix with some Greek yoghurt and coat the thighs.Tandoori chicken is my favourite meal at our local Indian restaurant, but this runs it a close second. I'm still only half way through the bag, but I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.
