After looking for some time for a day pack suitable for walking /rambling I settled on this one. Tried a few in stores as it is difficult to assess them online. Pleased with my purchase, it is comfortable to wear and has very useful pockets.

I have used this backpack on a number of occasions now from day-hikes to carry on luggage. As an Osprey product i have found it to be of good quality - the zippers run smoothly and there's no signs of wear even after a lot of use.It isn't the largest day pack on the market but I have found it to be suitable to hold a jacket, water bottle and a few other small items. The zip compartments are useful for items such as wallet and phone. There is also a clip inside which I usually use for my keys. The straps are fairly wide and I have found it to be a comfortable fit.The only real negative with this backpack is the elasticated pouch on the front. it is designed to hold a rain jacket or similar which is a great idea, however the clips attach above the main bag compartment, essentially covering the zippers so it can be a bit fiddly to get in and out of the main pocket. This is a minor inconvenience and overall I am still very happy with this purchase.

Bought for holiday in Florida, and it survived all the parks!!!It even fitted in the tiny universal lockers!The most comfortable backpack ever, and no sweaty backs due to the ventilation the back pack has!Love the stretchy water bottle pockets!

This is an excellent backpack for daily travels. It is just spacious enough for the essentials and perhaps a bit more—exactly what I was looking for. You can feel the high-quality design / materials in every zipper pull. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for a lightweight daily travel bag.
Pass perfectly
I was looking for a backpack to use when flying Ryanair or similar without luggage. This backpack passes the size limitations, it is very light, and you can put quite heavy things in it and walk distances because it has a good back system.All in all - very happy!
Indestructible and Highly Recommended
The Osprey Daylite Plus was my go-to backpack until I decided to go a little bigger with the Osprey Talon 22L. I used it for shorter day hikes. I overpacked it, carried too much weight with it, dropped it, stepped on it, napped on it, used it in extreme heat, extreme cold, rain, snow, sleet and overall pretty much abused it.The backpack in the pics has about 500 very rough miles on it and shows little sign of wear. I think it’s indestructible. It isn’t waterproof, although it does perform well in the rain, snow, etc…but consider getting a rain cover or use dry bags. It doesn’t have a real hip belt, just straps, but you probably won’t need one. I never used the hip straps on this pack, and I didn’t miss having them. It is comfortable to carry without them. The divided pockets in the front compartment are a nice touch.It is a smaller backpack, but can more than likely carry everything you want to carry on day hikes, especially if you pack lite. Worth the money and will seemingly last forever. I highly recommend the highly durable Daylite Plus.
Zaino ottimo e versatile
Lo uso da 2 mesi ormai e posso dire che lo zaino è davvero figo e comodo . Sono stato in giro per 4 giorni e ho fatto stare tutto dentro , lo zaino e molto leggero e comodo nelle camminate . Lo uso anche per fare le notti fuori per lavoro e devo dire che è pratico .Consiglio a tutti
