I always buy this product, as it works for me well u need to use it quite frequently. I’ve been using for few years now and I can recommend it to anyone with knee pain. Just massage two 3 times daily hope it works for you 🙏🏻

I was recommended by a friend to buy DeepFreeze as I have painful muscles in my legsI have been using it for a few months now &I can say without a doubt it is working for me.At first I just put the size of a 5 pence on myMuscles and massaged it in before I went outTo work or for a walk - ll has helped to reduce my pain level enabling me to do things I couldn’t do before . With everythingNew we use I think it’s best to start small andMake sure you don’t react to it . It has a lovely scent of Euclyptus - jade colour gel.You can apply 4 times a day - but I used itTwice - morning & afternoon - what ever suits you. Then I only applied it on aMorning before I went out and still do . IfI use it every day - I find I don’t have to use itFor a couple of days after as my pain level is fine . I have recommended it to a friend and she says it’s better than anything else she hasUsed before ( Altho I did say to her only useA tiny blob to begin with - she put a lot onAnd reacted ) now she just puts on what I didSuggest in the areas she needs to and says itHas reduced her pain significantly and canWalk out easily now . I have just recommended it to another friend and I amWaiting to hear whether it’s working for herToo . It’s for Muscle n Joint pain , strains andSprains . We've used deep freeze for various aches and pains, severe and not so severe for years and found it a very helpful product. However we think the company has stopped making the cooling pain relief blue gel in this packaging at least, and the advertising on this and other sites needs to be updated as it is now misleading.We've now bought it from 2 different sellers at Bolo, in 2 different package sizes and in single and multiple packs, and from Super drug, and another independent chemist (purchased online as disability prevents us from shopping in store, or this problem could have been avoided because we would have seen the actual box) ALL of the packages we received no longer display the "pain relief" promise on the packaging or tube. The gel is now clear, barely smells of menthol - which might be a plus for some people, but we liked it, and most importantly offers barely any cooling action and NO pain relief. Will not buy again.The packaging by the vendor was also bad, both boxed tubes had been shoved into a flat white box, that was too narrow for the products. The tubes had both come out of their flattened cartons, the tops bad bent backwards, and the lids were off the tubes, and although there appeared to be no leaks you could smell the product.
