The largest tablet I have ever takenI do feel better since starting these and they are very high strength but they are not easy to swallow and don’t taste very niceWorth it for the high strength but if you can’t take large tablets then maybe not ideal.

I found them difficult to swallow leaving them to part disolve in my throat,not a nice taste.

So I cannot speak for proof of the Resveratrol content in this, I'm assumming it is present but it's not exactly something I can measure or speak for noticeable effects on at this time. However I will assume that it is all good and just say that these have been ones to swallow. They are on the large size for a tablet but the texture of them makes them much easier, I take several things of a similar size and those ones are chalky and start dissolving in your mouth when you swallow which is unpleasant, these have a much more firm texture that doesn't dissolve so you don't end up tasting them. I haven't attempted crushing them or cutting them in half so cannot speak to how well that works, but taking them whole hasn't been a problem for me, especially compared to similarly sized things which are much more unpleasant.I sure do hope all the proposed benefits of Resveratrol are indeed true, I'm taking them as per David Sinclair (unaffiliated to myself or this product) but if they are as beneficial as believed, they'll be worth this price.
