This is a strong nootropic mix, that if you’re suffering from sexual dysfunction, brain fog or mild depression, the ingredients might be able to help. L-Theanine is a known amino acid for brain health, and CDP-choline works (in very blunt terms) by aiming to reset the dopamine reward mechanisms in our brains, but this is very dependent on the person taking it. I find personally it sends me in to a depression, but that does suggest it’s active in these tablets.The vitamin inclusions are worth having alongside for general health - B12 improves the gut and stomach and particularly as the other ingredients can accelerate gut problems, it’s worth taking.What I don’t like, is that there isn’t much guidance or safety outside of the marketing writing. CDP-Choline for example, is quite potent and has a quick half life. Taking too much, or not being tolerant to it, can cause a temporary depression swing and other unwanted side effects. It’s something to be used with caution as it’s more active than any literature lets on, and with the umbrella of ‘supplements’ not being well regulated in the UK because they’re all considered tame and herbal, it should be up to the manufacturer to list these things. Taking too much of anything, or taking something that’s wrong for you, can do some serious lasting harm.Price wise, it is expensive - but the ingredients individually are also pricey enough to add up accumulatively to the cost of this, so in a way it’s a benefit that 3 supplements are compacted in to one capsule.Overall - I’d say they work, but please do your research first before buying and taking anything. All I can say is that they’re safe, the decision to do so is up to you.

It does what it says it does. It did help me focus and finish tasks quickly. I feel like it also boosts my short term memory. The only downside is the taste, horrible taste. Not sure how they can make it better without compromising its quality. It's also important to note that this has caffeine in it. So for those who suffer from anxiety, you can feel you are a bit more on the edge when you take it. I would say cut down on your caffeine intake when you start taking this.
