The rest is pro-inflammatory (v.high omega 6) Sunflower oil (15%).I bought this product as an anti inflammatory treat as it touted Olive oil, (Omega 3) and for the dark choc.Little did I know the majority of the oil used is cheap inflammatory sunflower oil, not the healthy olive oil I hoped for.Better off making your own. (I did, you can buy all the ingredients on Bolo incl organic dark cacao, and mine is not only delicious, but a lot healthier).Shame on you Venchi, for pretending to produce a healthier product than it really is. Please put in your marketing IN BIG LETTERS:OLIVE OIL ONLY 2%ITS MOSTLY SUNFLOWER OIL 15% BUT WE WON’T MENTION THAT.
