Only reason why I'm giving it 4 starsThe honey arrived crystallised in all 3 bottles which was a little disappoinmentI used hot water and put all 3 bottles in a pan just so the honey could de-crystalise which took around 30 mins tops (Covered the pan) where it went runny againOther than that I'm happy with the product and the honey is delicious
