I used other colours before, however tried this one as my hair turned out to be brassy after the hairdresser, kept the mask for 10min, and what can I say it turned out amazing. It's not purple at all, it doesn't make your hair anything like purple shampoo no grey or purple tones, it was just the same blond except with no brassy tones. Hair felt super soft afterwards plus the smell was just amazing

I had my hair dyed and know that from last experience it sometimes goes yellow due to warm tones in my hair, however this time it was bad and purple shampoo didn’t work. I watched a YouTube video of this product and thought why not give it a go and I’m so glad I did, I left this on for 10 minutes, I am so pleased I tried this as the yellow has gone, I cannot say for how long as it’s only the first day. The fragrance was pleasant too. I would definitely recommend. I used colour cool cream.

I made the mistake of bleaching my own hair. I already had an outgrown bleached section at the front of my hair so I decided to just bleach my whole head. I ended up with super beast hair even after toning. After many failed attempts with purple shampoo and not wanting to run the risk of damaging my hair further with more bleach, I decided to give the cool cream one a go. It has done wonders! I know have a lovely ashy blonde hair and it feels so soft! Will definitely make use of the other colours while my hair is bleached and I can get experimental!The only issue is I felt I had to pump quite a lot out to cover my entire head

Does as it says!! My blonde hair had lots of yellows and was very brassy!! Kept this stuff on for 10 mins, washed off and the colour now is beautiful and my hair is also very soft! I 100% recommend!

I have blonde brassy hair which was extremely yellow due to the sun.Used the conditioner in cool cream and it immediately took out all the brass and made my hair super soft. Will buy again.
Resultaat vaag
Het masker is aangenaam van geur en wordt makkelijk aangebracht op het haar. Na een tijd van 10 min heb ik masker afgespoeld en daarna nog een conditioner gebruikt van ander merk. Het resultaat was weinig te zien, maar haarkleur is wat meer koel geworden. Grijs haar minimaal bedekt, iets van vies tintje gekregen. Ik zal nog een keer proberen, hopelijk krijg ik meer kleur.
Blonde holy grail
I don’t leave reviews…like EVER!I was a white/blonde haired child but now have natural dishwater blonde hair with some grays coming in on top. I dyed my hair light brown in October and it never holds color well so it turned dark golden blonde. I wanted my bright childhood blonde back but can’t drop $259-$300 at the salon right now so I bleached it with two Clairol home bleaching kits (I have long hair). It turned lemony or very light butter yellow which looks weird with my skin tone. My hair is in such good condition that purple shampoo actually wasn’t working so I tried this product in “Cool Cream” after watching a girl on YouTube apply it to her very porous hair for 5 minutes. I left it on for 10 starting with the most lemony parts and probably more like 5 on my ends. This is the first time my at home bleach blonde hair job looks a) like when I was young and b) like I did go to a professional! Smells awesome and made my hair feel soft to boot! Oh AND it’s enough for probably 3 applications on my long hair! LOVE!!!
Salon quality at home!
By far the best toning product I have ever used. I died my own hair and it was bright neon yellow-I was in a panic after wearing a beanie an entire day to hide my hair. I ordered cool cream for my hair and left it on for 4 minutes and the results are amazing. My hair looks like I just left the salon and it smells amazing. When I say my hair was so bright and yellow I mean it. I plan on doing it a little longer next time so it tones it down even more. You can also still see my highlights.
The only blonde mask you’ll ever need.
I got the cool cream. Just happened to stumble upon it.Context: I have tried every purple shampoo, mask, etc under the sun. Several well known toners have helped, but it’s always a gamble as you never know what you’ll get seeing as there could be a myriad of tones to correct and there is no one size fits all. (Until this.)I’ve had my hair bleached several times, it’s different levels (7-10) all over my head, and has been so difficult to try and make it look like one color due to the varying levels of porosity and lightness. At best, I can get a mostly cool blonde with some orangey spots after using a mixture of purple and blue shampoos in the darker areas. Except it’s usually greenish. Like dishwater.This is it! Who knows how they’ve done it; this is a perfect cool blonde. Friends, it took my train wreck damaged blonde bob and made it all one cohesive color: a beautiful, light, natural looking taupe that shimmers in the light. And it’s very NOT greenish. It’s actually, truly PERFECT. And smells yummy. And doesn’t hurt my hair.I am so glad I can ditch all the other things I’ve tried because I’ve finally found the one. It’s pricey, and it’s not a huge bottle, but trust me when I say JUST GET IT. It’s magical. I am going to save a lot of money on stuff that doesn’t work just subscribing to this.
Disappointed with the cool cream-- blonde to chestnut results
I purchased the cool cream and I'm very disappointed with the results color-wise. My hair was a bright level 8 blonde with warm tones, and following the directions, I ended up with a weird chestnut like color. My hair feels soft, but I hate how it turned out. After reading the reviews and watching 20 ticktoks and youtube videos, I had higher hopes. Their hair and mine were very similar..
