I have been on them for a little while now and have to say that I am impressed. I have definitely noticed more of a balance in my mental state. I have also noticed that they support me physically. I have more endurance and a definite difference in my ability.Overall a very good support for me and a much better price tag. Happy lady ๐

I have low cortisol levels in the morning . I've been taking these for a few months now. I started taking one at night and one in the morning and I was feeling very relaxed and slept very well . After a while I found I wasn't sleeping well and realised it was the evening dose that was keeping me awake. It does tend to make me drowsy after I've taken it so now I take it very early in the morning and go back to sleep for a couple more hours. Feeling more refreshed in the morning now and getting a much better night's sleep. Would highly recommend.

I havenโt slept well for 30 years. I am very overweight with a sagging belly typical of adrenal problems. I have experienced high stress and am still reacting to its effects, although my face has lost its roundness which was an indication of the stress hormone cortisol. I tried taking pure ashwaganda briefly and experienced no result. In contrast, this formulation has made me get sleepy at about five pm and I am finally slowly losing fat and gaining muscle. I did just prior to this tablet start taking seamoss and elderberry for iodine and Bergโs trace minerals for a month (which made me more active).According to one of Bergโs YouTube videos, high and low cortisol can exhibit the same symptoms. This tablet treats high cortisol , which is more common. This probably explains the smattering of negative reviews. If it doesnโt work then you need testing for the underlying causes of low cortisol. Anyway, poorer, but happier that I can address my insomnia and inability to lose weight potentially.

I have been taking these 3 weeks today and found they keep you quite calm.I take one in the morning and before I go to bed. ยฃ30 is quite expensive.I am really wanting to lose that stubborn cortisol belly fat and not sure if it is doing anything in that regard but I will finish the course off and see.

Within 3-4 hours of consuming this I was horribly sick. I didn't realise this product was making me sick but I eventually narrowed it down. Company would not advise as to why this may be and wouldn't refund me as I was outside the 30 day return period. I would not recommend this product, and I would not recommend a company that doesn't adhere to the Consumer Rights Act.UPDATE 11-02-2024: The seller did eventually agree to refund me, They noted that I'd left it 10 months before requesting a refund and that storage may be a factor. However, it was stored at room temperature and the product made me sick taking it shortly after it first arrived. Re-introducing the product months later helped me pinpoint it as the culprit for being sick.

I purchased this supplement on a whim after watching video's about the negative effects of cortisol on the adrenal glands. The price did put me off slightly, but I thought "I'll give it a try". For years I've been prescribed multiple different medications to help with anxiety (I'm autistic). Some of them came with pretty nasty side-effects. Then this package arrived from Bolo today. 'Dr. Berg's Adrenal Cortisol Formula'. Initially I thought the pills were slightly big, but hey-ho ~ they didn't taste horrible unlike some other vitamin supplements I've taken in the past. Well, after only 4 hours of taking my first pill, I already feel much more relaxed with a sense of contentment and inner-calmness. Kind of like that feeling you'd get whilst lying on a deserted beach with no-one else around. This is unusual because I've tried everything under the sun to achieve this. I'm really hoping it lasts! Ordering more next month! A big thank you Dr.Berg 10/10.

Have taken a few days rushed in with high dose. Think with IBS a lower dose. Think maybe the magnesium causing a flair up
