Tripala helps with various digestive issues. I have been taking this brand for awhile and can recommend it. My IBS has become much less problematic and I will continue to buy this product.

I was impressed with these triphala tablets. I don't like taking triphala in powder form as it is so bitter, and some tablets tend to be less compacted and powdery meaning you still get the bitter taste, but not these! Triphala has many uses but we use them for bowel regularity and as a natural source of vitamin C, and for that they've worked fine. The only downside I can see with these is that the tablets are on the larger side (to be expected as it is a high dose) which could be a problem for some. Having said that they are shaped well and I didn't have any issues swallowing them.

Roher Honig dazugrenzen an Wahn-sinn.Doch die Challenge diszipliniert, wenn auch nur ein Kilo restlos zu verputzen, um dann die wahre Erfahrung zu machen, dass sich so viele Inder nicht irren können und das Nahrung, auch zwangsläufig Medizin bedeuten muss.
Triphala sind ganz einfach
Bitterstoffe die der Körper für eine gute Verdauung, den Darm braucht.Da Bitterstoffe ja aus sehr vielen Gemüsen herausgezüchtet wurden muss man sie nun sinnvoller Weise so zuführen.Die Kapseln sind vegan, schmecken nach nichts und lassen sich leicht schlucken.Ich nehme Triphal schon seit Jahren und habe keine Darmprobleme.
Für mich unverzichtbar als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel...
The media could not be loaded. Triphala ist eine ganz besondere Gewürzmischung in der indischen Ayurveda und auch die bekannteste. Eine Kur mit diesen Kapseln ist aus meiner Sicht und mit meiner eigenen Erfahrung absolut empfehlenswert. Die darin enthaltenen drei Früchte (indisch Tri Phala) sind Haritaki, Amalaki und Bibhitaki. Letzteres wird auch Vibhitaki genannt, was man so auf der Packung lesen kann. Es ist etwas verwirrend, zumal die Bezeichnung Bibhitaki geläufiger ist. Nichts desto trotz ist es eine großartige Zusammensetzung, die sich vor allem an die Pflege und Gesundheit der Organe, insbesondere an Organe die an der Verdauung beteiligt sind, richtet. Der Preis ist topp für eine 2-Monatspackung. Daher gebe ich sehr gerne 5 Sterne und empfehle diese Kapseln weiter.
Die Wirkung ist noch nicht erprobt, aber...
Die halbe Dose ist mit Watte gefüllt. Nur die untere Hälftedes Behältnisse ist mit den Presslingen gefüllt.
