If you are looking for a good, cheap pen then this is a good buy. I really don’t have anything negative to say other than it feels less substantial than it looks but this is a mild criticism.

The pen writes really well. It is neither dry nor scratchy as fine nibs sometimes are.The pen is plastic so is nice and light to hold whether posted or not. The size is pretty good too - comparable with an Embleme or Expert.The design is beautiful. The clip is a work of art in its own right - curvaceous and sculpted at the top (art deco) and unlike other Waterman clips.The transparent section behind the nib allows you to see the ink flow which is great fun if you use bright bottled inks (you will need a Waterman converter for bottled inks).For a simple plastic pen that looks plain at first glance this pen is a revelation and I love it!

I've had a few Kultur's in my time. The reason I've had a few is that they're smooth, take universal cartridges (1 engaged, 1 in the chamber), light, and they feel and look better than the price point. They were hard to find for a while, so it was good to be able to get another.

Nib is smooth. Believe it can be converted to ED. Anyway I had a converter in my stock that fitted fine. Would buy again.

Un stylo plume adapté
Très beau plume qui fait classe. De plus, il a la pointe adaptée à mes besoins, je n aime pas zs pointes trop fines. Ce n est pas le cas, il ne me quitte plus.
Inexpensive and worth every penny.
The one I got was a fine nib and comes without a converter. This might be called the Poor Man's Waterman Phileas because it is just like the Phileas but without the gold-trimmed nib, the heavier barrel and the swirled colors. So, there are reasons this pen is inexpensive, but the bottom line is that it writes like a Waterman. Good pen for the money. I accidentally dropped it on the floor, cap on it and closed, and it did not crack or nick. I much prefer this black one to all the colors. Looks very classy in black.
simple et efficace
Je suis revenu à Waterman, le stylo de mes années lycée.C'est simple et efficace. J’apprécie la possibilité de mettre des cartouches longues. La pointe ("nib") semble un peu trop large mais pas de problème.Bien sûr ce n'est pas un stylo classieux et élégant mais cela fait son job pour un stylo plume de tous les jours.
Goede penpunt
De vulpen schrijft heel goed. Een echte fijne lijn. Meestal geven de fijne penpunten toch een wat bredere lijn dus ik waardeer deze echte fijne penpunt. Het is een mooie relatief grote penpunt. Hij schrijft met prettige feedback. De pen is licht van gewicht wat ikzelf ook prettig vind. Het plastic is niet zo mooi afgewerkt maar dat stoort mij niet voor deze prijs. De schrijfprestaties en de mooie grote penpunt waardeer ik enorm.
