Taking two of these daily and they work for me. My last episode of knee pain lasted for about a month (usually lasts a week) so I rested and started taking these. Now back up to full walking with my dogs and no pain so, as I'm 72 this week, I intend to keep taking them.

I've been taking glucosamine for years now and rarely stick to same brand, I'd love to say these are working better than any others but I haven't really noticed any difference, but that's not to say they're not working, as I said I've been taking glucosamine for years so it's already in my system.

I bought this after reading up on glucosamine. For the first few days my good knee ached but that stopped and after 2wks my knee does feel noticeably better. Will continue with this

Have read a lot about the effects of glucosamine and chondroitin and wanted something to help my joints and body whilst I was working out so thought I'd give it a go....Doesn't do anything, I am not sure this is the right dose to use so I used a little more some days based on my weight and workout routine etc. I used it consistently and can't say I felt less achy or any better for it. Save your money and eat better food and stretch!
