    It’s really good. I used this in making my local meal, moimoi and it came out really nice. You wouldn’t even know it’s not beans if you were not told. I highly recommend and it’s quite affordable.

    I love Laila red lentils as they cook perfectly and are so versatile. At just pennies per serve, they are quick to cook without soaking, perfect for making rich tasty soups and can be ground to make a high protein, gluten free, high fibre flour substitute. There are some great recipes online for delicious red lentils bread, red lentil wraps etc. I used a lot of these lentils for some very healthy meals.
