OUR STORY - Following a back injury in 2011 that saw him out of work, and a birthday gift, his very first hive, Scott found himself fascinated by bees. Bottling his first batch from that summer he shared it with friends and family and much to his surprise local shops wanted his product as well. Over the years, we’ve built up a huge amount of knowledge on everything bee’s, honey and the environment and we want to share that knowledge with you too. As a business, we have a responsibility to safeguard the future for everyone, humans and bees. Without the bees, there is no honey! As Hilltop Honey continue to expand into new categories such as Maple Syrup, we took the plunge to update the look and feel of our packaging and begin the transition from Hilltop Honey to simply, Hilltop. But don't worry, although our look has changed, our product quality and delicious taste remain unchanged!

I had to throw more than half of the containers away as they were leaking and I couldn't be sure that contamination had not entered.
