Quality is perfect-using it for pickling at the moment but have made some mint sauce for Sunday too lol. The taste is tart, but not too sharp as some vinegars can be-a drop of water makes it perfect for daily dips/sauces. It seems to work on pickling hard boiled eggs and you don't need a lot. For the price, you'll not go far wrong with this-yes you can pay more for a 'brand' name, but this does the job; at least so far. Don't know if I'd clean with malt vinegar, but it's a thought.
