It has great vacuum pressure and cleans really well. It was easy to install and start using right away. The only downside is that it’s a little bit heavy, but overall a solid and reliable vacuum. For me, there’s no real difference between using this corded model and a cordless one — both perform just as well.

As a women and as a cleaner I can 100% recommend this hoover. It’s light, it’s compact, it’s got a strong suction and there isn’t really a lot it won’t pick up.I had the shark lift away and for some reason it hated my flooring after my partner complaining about it I finally decided enough is enough so I went with this after trying my friends one and bought one the same day! I’ve had it a few weeks now and it hasn’t failed me yet.It’s really easy to set up and it’s really easy to use! The foot button at the bottom of the pole is to lift the pole away from the head. The arrows is to change the hoover from hard flooring to carpet. I love that it’s got a super long wire and now I can hoover my whole house without changing the plug like 3-4 times.Cons are: it might be a me issue is when you snap the pole to go under the table you can’t seem to get the hoover to go in the direction you want it to.The electrical wire can get in your way because of where it comes out of the handleBut still I would recommend this and would definitely buy another if this ever broke! Oh btw my partner. He loves this one because it’s so easy and fool proof!

Not the biggest compartment but we knew that. The suction is excellent and the under the sofa mechanism works great. Excellent quality and power.

Never bought a shark hoover before and I gotta say it's a lovely hoover he's got good suction easy to use click around all the house on the stairs it's great easy to fold and stand it cleans well cuts hair by itself would really recommend it perfect

I purchased this hoover when it was on sale, I have a cordless (Not a Shark) but recently I have bought a dog and didn't think the cordless was powerful enough to pick up the short hairs he molts. Hoovered the living room with my cordless then with the Shark, I couldn't believe how much it picked up. Reviews have said about heavy it is, I'm 69 and find it a lot lighter than a up-right hoover also easier to handle. The waste bin on it is a little small but it is sufficient for me to do my bungalow. I like being able to change from carpet to hard floor at the touch of a button. It folds down very easily and is very maneuverable. Would I recommend this yes 100%.

I am in love with this vacuum cleaner! I have always been a Dyson fan but can no longer afford their prices, I bought a reconditioned Dyson but was disgusted with the condition and know it wouldn't last long and it had a broken piece, I was happy with the suction and amazed at what it picked up, I reluctantly returned it as I knew that was the end for me and Dyson :( I cautiously ordered this Shark and kept my fingers crossed, to my shock it got even more dust from my carpet after only a day later from using the dyson, I couldn't believe it, I am so happy it is much lighter perfect for me and its new! Ok an old model which makes it very affordable but I could not be happier, I love it!

I bought this to replace my aging Dyson. This vac was so simple to assemble I didn't even need to consult the instructions once. It's compact and has a very long cord which means I don't have to unplug & replug it to reach all of my house. The full vac is very sucky so gives the impression of being heavy but it is just the strength of the vacuum doing a great job of cleaning. The hand held part is easy to handle and excellent on stairs and tight spaces 10/10 for that. The main body of the vac is narrow and flexible enough to fit in most spaces under furniture, between chair legs etc . It has very strong suction and excellent cleaning. All in all a very good vacuum cleaner.. I would recommend this product.

Overall the hoover is pretty good. The suction is powerful, the auto recognition of hard/carpet flooring is great and the ability to get under furniture etc.For the life of me i can not understand why they designed a hoover that can not stand-up upright, meaning you have to lay it flat when you're moving items to hoover, secondly the cable is the worst i've ever experienced on any device, so rigid and you constantly have to battle with it and untagle it. If it wasn't for these design faults it would get 5 star

Worth the purchase!
The suction power is impressive, and it handles cleaning tasks efficiently. However, it’s a bit heavier for me, considering that it’s a fairly sized vacuum. Overall though, I’m quite pleased with its performance.
