delivered fast and well packed, I watched a few u tube videos that helped identify part and how to fit it.fitting took me longer than i expected as i tried to swap then over with the locking plate still on door and pulled forward, in the end it was easier to remove the full bar and then change over with the lot supported on a worktop ( use some paper t to prevent scratches, then refit the complete bar ,a little easing up/down on door to get the fixing screws lined up . under 90 mins start to stop , it would be quicker now that i gained the experience. the gearbox (lock) was exact replacement on door that is over 15 years old. I was very pleased.

The first learning with this product is that it is called a gearbox - not a lock. The actual lock piece is called a Eurolock and you can either recycle from your existing gearbox, or buy separately. If you replace the Eurolock you will have new keys with the replacement lock.The important thing about replacing the gearbox is the dimensions. The key dimensions are 197mm long, 50 mm wide, 35mm "backset" and 92mm between the middle of the square bit your door handle attaches and the middle of the round hole (round and elongated) the lock goes into.This gearbox is as described and doesn't come with the multilock strips.Very easy to fit although I was first disappointed that you had to hold the door handle up to lock the door. However after a couple of days the gearbox seemed to "settle" and after one twist up of the door handle to engage the multilocks - the door could be locked without the need to hold up the door handle.All good then!

Nos han enviado una cerradura completamente rota y parece muy usada

J'ai renvoyé les 2 serrures que j'avais commandé (elles ne convenaient pas). Le vendeur ne m'en a remboursé qu'une seule. Aucune communication possible avec le vendeur.Je déconseille fortement de commander à ce vendeur qui ne répond jamais.

Si l'axe et l'entraxe sont corrects (35/92), la course du pêne dormant est bien trop courte et n'assure pas du tout son rôle primordial de fermeture
