Really nice to eat it as it is, like snacks, my daughter really like coconut, everything about coconut. This is a simple and easy taste without getting a coconut to play with it. I used it to make soup too, combine with chicken to do the nice soup. Great value for money, it is a very BIG pack, love it.

A small amount is fresh and very satisfying, exactly what I wanted. This is great as an addition to Life-Changing Loaves, or for cooling generally, but I use it most as a keto-friendly snack.It comes well-sealed, but I decant it. A kilo is a heck of a lot, though. (What was I thinking?) Get two storage jars ready! Good buy.
