I first bought this 6 months ago when I started making sourdough bread and this flour is perfect for dusting my dough, proofing baskets and worktop. Handy packaging, a resealable pouch.I just bought my second bag and the packaging was completely different - this time a paper bag which was not sealed very well and was LEAKING!Fortunately I had kept the bag from my first order so will reuse that but I would have been furious if it was my first purchase.
