I used this inhaler before bed for 3 nights in a row and slept remarkably well, and could only think the inhaler helped my sleep pattern. However, the noticeable aroma it has when first opened seemed to have faded by the 4th day. Which might be the reason that there was any noticeable calming effect when I used it before going to the dentist.

I love this
I had received the Balance scent years ago. Ended up losing it and had to replace it because I am a person who wakes up with a stuffy nose. The Calm & Relax scents are nice but my ultimate favorite is Balance it reminds you of a chest rub but so much more better
Smell doesn't last long

I love these things.I got them in a monthly box to start and I ended up ordering the Energy and Relax pack of 3s here after.I don't have any sensatvities so they work well for those times I'm feeling unbalanced.Highly recommend.
Doesn’t help you to relax
I was really excited to use these inhalers but they don’t do what they say they will do. I mean I attempted to use two of them when I felt that it was appropriate and I didn’t feel any better. I believe aromatherapy can be beneficial with practice such as with mindfulness techniques or deep breathing techniques. It would be better to just buy some aromatherapy scents and use it as you please. Also, I enjoy the bracelets right at Ross that comes with different scents. I think I may order the Calmigo instead. I appreciated that I could send them back especially when the Bolo driver delivered them next door and I had to hunt for it.
