Bought this to replace a previous workforce printer which had lasted many many years. Print quality and speed definitely an improvement. Only comes with starter ink which is a bit tight (particularly given the price of the 405/405XL printer ink.) Very easy to set-up and if you use Epson Connect (online service to scan/print to cloud/email, etc.) and remote printer driver (windows PC) provides a lot of functionality. New Epson app is an improvement over the old iPrint app. With the two feeder trays the unit is taller than some printers but the footprint is not massive - particularly for an all-in-one. Cannot comment on the fax functionality as it is 2022. Summary: Seems well put together and thought through, does all you'd expect and possibly more. Just expect ink replacement to hurt if you use original ink.

Setting up printer seems easy enough, print quality and speed is okay. Don't know about scan capabilities as not used yet. Looks the business.

Be very wary of the so-called Epson help desk. I called them because I could not install the scanner driver from the disc, nor would 'on-line' allow me to download it.I called Epson and an 'engineer' logged into my laptop and checked the printer. He said my laptop was at fault because several programs had mysteriously stopped working. He showed me these and then proceeded to sell to me a 12 month support cover for £150 - from Epson, I naturally thought.When my money was taken he then told me it isn't an Epson cover but one from a company called GEEKS ON-LINE. He obviously earned commission from them whilst (supposedly) working for Epson.Because I had paid, he then proceeded to correct all my laptop programs. I don't know if he did because he didn't show me, but said a technician would call me - and left!!A technician from Geeks called a while later, linked up to my laptop, and installed the drive that the EPSON disc had not. Since then it has been the best multi-functional I have ever had. HOWEVER it cost me - a pensioner - £150. As I said - BEWARE THE EPSON HELP-DESK!

Imprimante multifonction performante et facile à utiliser
The media could not be loaded. Très bonne imprimante couleur et noir et blanc. La qualité et la rapidité d’impression sont satisfaisantes, et elle n’est pas très bruyante. Elle permet de scanner en recto verso directement vers l’ordinateur ou une clé USB. L’impression en recto verso fonctionne parfaitement depuis un ordinateur, une clé USB ou en Wi-Fi (y compris depuis un smartphone). Le double bac papier est très pratique. Installation simple et rapide. J’espère qu’elle sera durable dans le temps.

Bien dans l'ensemble malgré les problèmes avec les cartouches originales
Bonjour à tous bon alors soit je dois être une vraie nouille ou alors il y a un problème je m'explique.L'imprimante en elle-même est très bien.Je retrouve à peu près les mêmes fonctions que j'avais sur mon ancien imprimante laser Xerox multifonction sauf qu'elle prend un peu moins de place on peut envoyer des mails à partir de celle-ci faire des copies classiques scanner classique aussi. L'utilisation en réseau avec un port RJ45 n'est vraiment pas négligeable si vous êtes connecté avec votre téléphone ou tablette au wifi domestique vous pouvez directement imprimer sans avoir à installer quoi que ce soit l'imprimante est détectée automatiquement par votre téléphone je ne parle pas de passer par le Wi-Fi de l'imprimante qui est un peu plus complexe.Maintenant le petit point négatif j'ai utilisé des cartouches compatibles pas trop de soucis à part quelques fois où l'imprimante ne détectait plus rien il fallait que je les retire et que je les remplace par contre avec la cartouche originale que j'ai mise couleur magenta là il me l'a détecté pas du tout chercher l'erreur donc je vais rester avec des cartouches compatibles bien moins cher et un peu plus efficace.Jusqu'ici j'ai fait à peu près 800 copies depuis le mois de décembre 2024 aussi bien sur du papier ordinaire que sur du papier photo et pour un usage domestique ou pour une petite entreprise ça suffit largement autre point positif les deux bac à papier mais là c'est pareil la gestion de ceci n'est pas des plus aisé.MODIFICATION DE MON COMMENTAIRE, NOUS SOMMES AU MOIS DE MAI 2025, J'AI TENTE DE CHANGER MA CARTOUCHE CYAN PAR UNE ORIGINAL, L'IMPRIMANTE NE DETECTE PLUS LES CARTOUCHES AUSSI BIEN LES ANCIENNES QUI SONT LOIN D'ETRE VIDE ET LE PIRE MËME LA NOUVELLE.
