The chocolates are very nice, my complaint is the box was not sealed, some chocolates were badly damaged, and most of the chocolates were upside down and all over the place. It looked like one chocolate had been squeezed by hand. I reported this to Bolo straight away.

Bought them for Mothers Day and my Mom in Birmingham was overwhelmed. She said they were the best chocolates she had had for years, delicious and fabulous variety and they reminded her of hand made chocolates from years ago. She was so happy, I bought er a second box a month later.

I have bought these chocolates many times for birthday and Christmas gifts and they have always been excellent value for money. The presentation is superb and the actual chocolates are some of the best. However, this time there was a chocolate missing from the second layer. My mum discovered this immediately after she had unwrapped them and was looking at the different flavours. Such a shame as these are usually the perfect gift.
