I use this to add fibre to waffles, smoothies and sometimes, just 3 tsp in a pint of water can do wonders for me. Fantastic quality and bag has a very good seal. Taste is neutral which is good, it's versatile enough to be added to most thing. I always pre-soak them for a few hours in either almond milk or water.

Brilliant stuff, wanted as a natural bowel softener and it works so well. Mixed it with water daily and its great for keeping things regular!

I use this as a fibre alternative due to gluten sensitivity and it works wonders. I have it on yoghurt daily

Seems to help with my digestive health and satiety. I usually have 5g in my nightly protein shake.One small thing I will note: on each of the five (5) bags I have had, the reseal strip has come away from the outer part of the bag after a short time. This leaves the bag no longer "resealable", and requires either transfer to another container or a bag clip.

I have tried another, more commonly used brand of Psylium Husk, but this Organic Husk is definitely a superior produce. Great value for money. Would buy again.

Most folk would probably never use this... But its a great product if you are making gluten free items... It is an exceptional binding agent for home made burgers etc... It's rich in fibre too which, according to the experts, is something that most of us are deficient in... Recommended
