I like these stands and for my Q Audio speakers they are great plus the price is defiitely good. However after using them for a few months I find it almost impossible to keep the angle as I want it. This is because the angle adjust ment washer not shaped to fit curved aperture in the speaker top. I find unless I use a long spanner to get some grip they keep slipping. I now use angled pads which is fine by me - maybe my speakers are too heavy or I'm too weak to tighten 'em! One other slight niggle prior to using the pads i use was the pads supplied do not stop speaker vibrations. But honestly you woud be hard pressed to find others at the price although there are other identical ones on Amamzon and elsewhere. Indeed I have rigged a second set for my deck. Hope this helps

They're heavier than I expected but that's probably a good thing in this case. My speakers are quite small compared to the base, maybe taking up 2/3 of the area, but what's important is being able to set the height just right so the tweeter is just above my ear, and the main speaker is just about in line with my ear. The good thing is that these stands created more desk space for me, so instead of having a speaker taking up space on the desk, the pole doesn't take up much space and I can put things on the base of the stand if I need to clear any room.

I wanted a pair of stands for the studio monitors on my desk and these fit the bill. Adjustable in height and direction. They seem robust. The back of the base plate has two corners cut off to align with the edges of the desk presuming the monitors are going to be pointing towards your head. There's a couple of strips of dampening foam to place the monitors on. Just the job!

Came in poor pacaking with a hole in the box. Screws missing, no inner protection and chips all over them. Couldn't actually assemble them, but when presenting the bits together it looked a bit wierd and weak. Sent them back for a refund.

A great set of desk stands for my Presonus Eris 3.5 Monitors. Arrived quickly and were easy to assemble although I only really had to use one of the two supplied allen keys! They're reassuringly heavy and well finished and a great addition to my kit. I'm very happy and they're worth the money

After unpackaged not only were parts missing but once assembled and with a studio monitor placed on top they wobble and aren't very stable at all. Can't be bothered sending them back because I've had enough doing the repacking and carting off to the shop again.EDIT: After using them a few times it's clear they do the job and the look nice. Hopefully last the test of time. 2 extra stars added*

The stands are great, although there are just one or two minor scratches on them. Not enough to be bothered to send them back, trivial really, but that's why 4 not 5 stars. But they do what they're supposed to be doing and seem very well designed. I'm using them for some Presonus Eris 4.5 monitors -- just the job.Now you need four bolts and four washers with a pair these, but my set only had three of each when it arrived. The seller quickly sorted this out and I was up and running a couple of days later when the bolt I needed arrived through my door -- thanks to the seller for that. Much appreciated -- no fuss.
