Tangy especially when added to sparkling water
Another good drink mix flavor by Sunkist!
I have bought the "on the go" drink mixes from time to time over the years and I've had my favorite flavors. I recently tried the Sunkist variety pack and really liked it. It had four different flavors: orange, grape, Strawberry and peach. I liked all those flavors but was disappointed there were no lemon-lime or pineapple in the variety pack. I really wanted to try the lemon-lime flavor. I had to order it separately. I'm glad I did! This flavor is delicious! It's very similar in flavor to Sprite or 7UP sodas. I like to mix it a little on the strong side by using a little less than the recommended 16.9 oz of water. It really brings out the flavor and you can taste both the lemon and the lime. It's very sweet tasting with just a slight hint of tartness. I think this is going to be one of my all time favorite flavors.

Easy way to make diet orange soda
I can never find diet orange soda in the supermarket. When it is there it is at a price I won’t pay. Enter these diet orange packets. I make carbonated water with a soda stream. Then i add a packet of diet orange flavoring. BINGO. Diet orange soda. Is it the same as real diet soda? Nope. But it is a good substitute when you can’t (or won’t) buy the real thing.
Just what I was looking for
I've been trying to drink more water recently and find that water enhancers really help. Hadn't been able to find a lemon-lime that was palatable, but this one from Sunkist totally fits the bill. I chose it largely because of familiarity with the brand name; I like other Sunkist products as well. It tastes a lot like Sprite to me. (The pineapple flavor is also excellent, and a sugar-free alternative to pineapple juice.) Sweetened with aspartame rather than my preferred sucralose, but that's usually the case with powdered drink mixes. Two packets to a liter of water, a little ice, shake, and enjoy!
